Dont judge my views on Panera Bread with this one review. Im a huge fan of Panera Bread and am a regular at several different locations. Ive always been satisfied with my visits and have never had any issues. The past visit to this particular location was not pleasant. I always order the pick two (half soup or salad, half sandwich). Problem 1... I ordered through Rapid Pick Up and had to wait 10-15 minutes passed the time it was supposed to be ready. When youre on your lunch break, time is valuable. Problem 2... After receiving my lunch I went back to the office to eat, only to find the eating utensils that are supposed to be given were nowhere to be found. Problem 3... my sandwich was the smallest Ive ever seen from any other location and was carelessly put together. Along with the sandwich being as it was, my salad took up about a 1/4 of the to go container it was in... about half of the size the normal "half" portion usually is. Im hoping they were just having a bad day, as mentioned before I love eating here.

Weve been coming to this Panera for years. Its always been great. In the past few months, its gone drastically downhill. They cant seem to keep staff, and the ones that know what theyre doing are never on the registers. We regularly get bagels and now you have to wait for one in the kitchen I stead of it being super quick up front. We waited ten minutes today for two bagels. Yeah, they were busy, but seriously? I have no idea why theyre doing them in the back instead of the super easy slice and toast machine thats in the feint right by the registers like they used to. On top of that, they botched my bagel, slicing it so 3/4 of the bagel wasnt even sliced and burnt the edges when toasting it. you have to have seen that it was cut wrong, so why didnt you do that better? Honestly, I love Panera but lately Im not fond of this location and the way they seem to do things.

So last week I order the apple Fuji chicken salad. I ordered it through rapid pick up, so I could be ready for work, and just get on the free way from independence. So finally when I get a chance to take my break I start by eating my salad. After the third bite , I realized they forgot the chicken. This is unacceptable!!!!!!!! In order to get full off that salad, you need the chicken. The part that Im confused about is how they forget it. I asked for extra dressing , not no chicken. And after I checked the receipt, it showed exactly what shouldve been present in my salad. Panera is expensive , so when I pay for my meal I expect all the ingredients to be in my order. The only locations I can appreciate are the ones : Arlington (Akron) , Harvard park (Cleveland)

I am traveling for business and this was one of the rudest managers I have had at a food establishment in a long time. I am gluten-free and it is a hassle for me and the restaurant but it is what it is. This manager was blantently annoyed by me and my requests that I actually had to say "Im sorry am I bothering you?" and she promptly says "No". Thats it. That then prompted me to say "Well it seems like I am" and nothing. No response at all other than a frown on her face and crossed arms. HOW RUDE. Trust me my dietary restriction isnt fun for anybody but she was just down right rude and lacked any customer service at all in the situation. Im glad I do not live in the area and dont have to worry about going back.

In short, HORRIBLE value. Hideously overpriced for what you get. I had the Cup of Soup and 1/2 Sandwich (Steak w/White Cheddar) and a medium Drink. Over $13 for a light lunch of a small soup and a small, VERY thin sandwich. Too bad, as the food itself and particularly the soups are great--but a COMPLETE RIP-OFF! There is a DiBennidetos sub place right next door that produces a HUGE sub (even their small version), drink and chips for about $4-5 less.

hazelnut coffee!!! love it!!! always a great place for that. for food , well you are probably better going to Melt , the restaurant next door!!! Cuban Sandwich is to die for!! the portions are big , so you better be hungry!! you can always take home right!!! good luck!!! independence is a great area , the atmosphere is pretty awesome!! good luck!!!

Id advise you to find another another place to eat. No one in line when I walked in and my order took 26 minute to prepare. Not to mention on the wrong bread and not with cilantro and onion as ordered. 60% if the table were dirty as staff stood around. Prepare peoplea food first... then talk about how your Bra fits with coworkwers. Thanks.

Worst Am experience ever, attitude nasty, $4 BF sandwich look like a child made it I will not give my money to this place ever again, and will tell everyone I know not to patronize this branch. Asked for the manager she was not helpful with her excuses àbout the food. Did even make sure the customer was satisfied!!!!

Ive worked here for about half a year and love the people. The food tastes good and is healthy. All my coworkers were really nice and friendly. The inviting everyday oasis looks and feels cozy with comfortable seating and soothing music playing. I plan on coming back once I get back from University in the winter.

I had a great experience! Jessie & Miya were extremely pleasant. They both explained to me what was in the food and got my pastries and bagels in a timely matter. Then my food was finished all in time for me to get back to work with time left on my break and tasted great. I would go back anytime !

Went for breakfast at 8am on Wednesday morning. No one was working the counter, despite 3 or 4 employees shuffling around between the kitchen and the front of the store, while the line was to the door. Absolutely terrible customer service. Annnd, no coffee had been brewed... none.

Over the last couple of years I have always found this location to be the worst. They always make mistakes on orders. Today I stopped by for some bagels but apparently they ran out of most of the bagels. How do they run out of bagels Sunday morning 930am. Terrible.

NO BREAD at 2:00 PM ! Told to wait till tomorrow!!!! All I wanted was a loaf of the bread and I was told that I could not get it until tomorrow , asked for sourdough bread and told the same thing ....... I WILL NOT GO BACK TO ANY PANERA BREAD AGAIN !!!!!

I am starting to see a trend of Panera Bread going downhill. Ive had terrible service at multiples of them. This one though stands out as one of the free who still has a commitment to good service and well made food done quickly.
