Cashier sadly instead of greeting the response I got was are you ready to order. Where did Hello or Welcome go ?!? I placed a simple order kids cheese quesadilla to go I waited over 30 minutes. I asked them several times if my food was ready my kids were starving. When the lady gave me my food I said thank you instead of thank you she rolled her eyes and said uhhuh. Seriously at least my order was right. I have been to several Tijuana Flats and this the absolute worst. I will make sure to never come back here when I am in Mount Dora. I will be calling corporate on Monday. They need new employees and retrained.

Owner is super rude. We go here often when my disabled veteran husband goes to the VA clinic up the road and always get a military discount. Today they said no way, unless in uniform, because you know active duty and veterans just love to wear their uniforms to fast food joints and that the past discount (10+ times) was a mistake. The condescending way he spoke to my husband today when he questioned him about it, means that I will never, ever come back to the store ever again.

Dont let the long lines for great food discourage you. The drive through line wraps around the building during lunch time but your wait time will be less 10 minutes. Thats because the chick fil a employees are amazing at getting your order with their tablets at the beginning of the line and the employees inside the are cooking hot fresh meals by the time you reach the pick up window. Great food, quick service, and happy employees are a winning recipe for this Chick-Fil-A.

Chick-fil-A quality food, great staff, fair prices, but sometimes the line is atrocious. The management does everything it can to alleviate the issues, but the problem was created years ago when they selected the location. Traffic logistics obviously werent the forethought in the designers mind. Dont bother going between 11 and 2 if you are in a rush.

Love there salads but the last two time Iv gotten the MktSld GRL WAS NOT WORTH THE PRICE I CUOLD GO TO THE STORE GET a head of Lettuce, WHAT IVE GOTTEN THE LAST TWO TIMES JUST A FEW SLIVER OF CHICKEN WHAT HAPPENED!!! Mainly lettuces nothing at all like they used to be not worth the money for $7.35 for what no chicken thats for sure disappointed!

I have been to many many Chick Fil a restaurants across the southeast, and Im happy to say that this right here in my hometown is one of the best! The service is great, the people are friendly, they keep everything moving quickly even when they are crowded. They do lots of activities for kids, families, moms, dads, students, etc.

I went to chick Fil a the other day, and they apparently cant put pickles on the side of a sandwich and my poor grandmother wanted extra pickles on her sandwich and they put less than average even! WHO CANT PUT PICKLES ON THE SIDE!! I am highly Dissatisfied at how they argued with us constantly. We will not be going back

Cant get in drive thru always block road. Seriously, figure something out. I cant get in drive thru most if the time or parking lot and the not so great patrons block the road to wait to get in. Its annoying and I usually go somewhere else because of it. Also the lemonade is not consistent.

Luv this place! People are always nice, quick service, great food! Its just always busy. Cars lined up around the building out into Target parking lot some times waiting in drive thru. But if you can find a parking spot, the service is friendly & fast.

This is the best Chick-fil-A that I have eaten in. Everyone is courteous, friendly, and efficient. Stacy is really special. She remembers me when go through the drive thru and greets me by name! Even there is always a long line they get us very fast.

The owner of this location does not in my option up hold the values in which Chick Fil A says they stand for. While I greatly enjoy Chick Fil A, my money will no longer go to this owner due to his rude and inappropriate behavior.

This is the fast food place that conservatives love. During lunch the lines of cars are out in the feeder street. Nothing is bad... but probably 50% of the time when I am in the area, the line is too long to wait.
