I have always received outstanding service at this location. The food is always good; Tuesday and Thursday are great days to go. They have Taco Tuesday and Throwback Thursday (burrito combo for $5). They have good sauces at their hot bar, though only one super-hot and its the least tasty (plain Ghost sauce; the Red Ghost is the ultra hot one that has a good flavor). I usually go on Thursdays and get a chicken+bean burrito served wet with Chipotle red sauce on it. Delicious and filling. The staff will deliver your food as well as get you refills on your drinks. Theyve always been friendly and smiling. The last couple of times we have come here the place has smelled kind of rotten. Not sure what the smell was.

I usually only write good reviews but I must write a negative review for here :( actually im just gonna say go to an authentic mexican restaurant. Ive never been a fan of franchise fast food south of the border type cuisine places like "tijuana flats" and after paying for $18 for lunch (burnt fish veggie burrito, pretty much slop served in a "wheat" burrito) Im reassured to never go back. I lost my appetite immediately, got very upset and left cause I was complaining about the "food" but yet 49 people were murdered here in Orlando. #PrayforOrlando

THIS DISGUSTING "RESTAURANT" SERVED ME A MEAL WITH A ROACH IN IT. A ROOOOACH IN IT! THEN THEY DARED ASKED IF I WANTED A REFUND OR ANOTHER ORDER. WHY WOULD I WANT TO REORDER FROM A RESTAURANT THAT SERVED ME A ROACH. I WARN YOU ALL >>PLEEEEASE!!!!!!!<< BEWARE. ONLY GOD KNOWS WHAT THEYRE KITCHEN LOOKS LIKE AND WHO KNOWS HOW MANY ROACHES HAVE BEEN ACCIDENTALLY WRAPPED IN BETWEEN YOUR WRAP OR REFRIED IN YOUR BEANS.

Being totally honest here, if it wasnt for the insanely loud music this place puts out (this is a restaurant not a night club) I would give it a 5 star, I love Tijuana Flats but seriously when there are only 9 people in there including the 2 behind the register, your DJ doesnt have to pump it like hes trying to fill a stadium. We sat outside and it was still quite loud.

My wife and I just had lunch at the Clermont Tijuana Flats and we like to say how impressed we are with the staff at this location. They ate very customer service oriented and care about your experience. They are quik to clean the tables and the young manager onduty eas hands on and was cleaning right along side of the staff. GREAT JOB and keep up the good work

I never post negative things about restaurants but the food was not fresh, was cold, and they talked about reheating it to make us happy. Not sure why the food was cold. It didnt take that long for us to get our food after we ordered it. It should have been piping hot out of the steamtable. Very disappointed was looking forward to taco Tuesday :(

Hot sauce bar isnt up to par every other Tijuana flats location has a more evenly balanced variety of hot sauces in the medium to hot range. The booths need replacing and the floor is always dangerously slippery. Will gladly give a second star if any of the above improves if I return.

This is our second time my wife and I love this place. Its great portion and very filling. Its cheap and the atmosphere is young and hip; but its quiet where you actually can carry on a conversation, without talking so loud. We will definitely be back!!

Visited twice in a three day span. Today the food quality went down and the place was dirty. Multiple dirty tables. No one offered refills. This location needs to step it up. Cook was deffenitly different from the other day. Simple tacos were bad.

Returned stale chips two times. Nothing offered as a replacement or a refund. Had to ask for one. Only dealt with server. She supposedly told manager. Totally different atmosphere than what it used to be. Pretty sure there is new management.

This is the dirtiest restaurant in Lake County. There are a bunch of roaches crawling over the food in the back, there is a big possibility they will be in your food or have crawled on it. The work place is terrible, as well as the managers.

The transformation Tijuana Flats have made in the last couple of years have provide a much better dining experience. There is not a bad item on the menu, hot sauce bar is fantastic and what is not to love about nugget ice?

Food quality not good with bad smell on food. Rotten tomatoes, cold food, old Tostitos. Not my best experience went was super hungry. My wife decided will never go back to Tijuana flat. Stomack ache since food

Once was good. No more. There was an odor inside and the floor was filthy. The menu has changed for the worse. Staff was inattentive. Walked out without ordering. Cannot recommend this place AT ALL.

Ice cold rice and beans. Even after asking for them to heat. Manager explained the steam table broken. Should be repaired tomorrow. What the heck, if you cant serve hot food why are you open?

I have lived here for quite a while and i love tacos. I dont know why i havent been here sooner. Beef tacos are over sized and awesome!it was a little loud but a cool environment to chill.

This location was just okay. Needs to work on cleanliness. My experience with this Tijuana Flats not as appealing as other locations. Burrito had water and was too wet inside.

Not recommended place. I paid $15.20 for burrito with warm beer in plastic cap! Burrito was VERY small. Worst thing is; waitress is angry and not helpful ! Never again Thank you!
