There are not enough wonderful things I could say about Jay and Prestige Catering. Excellent does not even cut it when it comes to my experience with him. Jay helped make my dream wedding become a reality. To this day people are still talking about how absolutely gorgeous everything was and how out of this world ALL of the food was. By sheer luck I came across Prestige catering while searching caterers for my upcoming wedding in Marco Island. From the first phone call I hit it off with Jay. We talked for an hour in a half about his experience, my vision, and the struggles I was having in planning my dream wedding. He took the time and really LISTENED to what I wanted and envisioned. Before I even hired him he was on the ball, helping me find a venue, putting together sample menus based on what we had talked about, and tackling any obstacle that came my way. I thought I was looking for a Caterer and never did I imagine I would find someone who basically took on the roll of a wedding planner. He was amazing. Anything I needed, any envision I had, he was making sure he made it happen. He took the burden and overwhelming feeling of planning a quick wedding off of my shoulders and made it all happen while respecting our budget. I found myself talking to Jay multiple times a day while putting everything together and he was ALWAYS a joy, no matter how bridezilla I was. I thought there was no way that this man who has taken on every roll in planning my wedding could make food to match his professionalism and ability to plan this amazing event. Let me start off by saying that my husband and I are complete foodies, or food snobs. The only thing my husband cared about with the wedding was that we had an open bar and the most amazing menu and food ever. Just when I thought Jay couldn’t get any better, he blew us away with the most delicious menu that surpassed all expectations. I truly have no words to define how beyond amazing EVERYTHING tasted. All of our guests were going crazy. They talked more about the food and the décor than us actually getting married. From the welcome dinner to the reception, Jay truly made a masterpiece of my wedding. My fairytale wedding became a reality thanks to Jay and Prestige catering. I tell everyone that he can hardly be called a caterer. He is an extremely talented artistic personal chef who is Master of all trades when it comes to planning a wedding. I will never plan an event without Jay and his wonderful team at Prestige. My family and friends still talk about how amazing Jay was, his delicious food, and what a beautiful event he helped put together. Thank you so much again Jay!! My experience with Jay and Prestige Catering was an absolute joy. He was dependable, thorough, extremely helpful and creative. The food was five star quality, magnificently presented and absolutely delicious. We could not have been more pleased. Jay took care of every detail, working with me to ensure that all I envisioned for my wedding was exactly as I wanted. Because our wedding was a destination affair, Jay was my contact for everything I needed from the florist to lighting --he took care of everything and made sure all was first class, elegant, and perfect. He was always available to answer any questions or help solve a problem. Jay also catered our magnificent Brunch the morning after the wedding and again outdid himself with fabulous food and glorious presentations. I couldnt have had a more perfect wedding thanks to Jay and all that he did for us! We had such a fantastic time, people are still mentioning that it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding and the suggestions you made to us made such a difference. Jay and Prestige Catering were recommended to me by my wedding coordinator. When my husband and I met with Jay to plan our menu for our wedding, he listened to what we wanted and offered wonderful suggestions. We had a tight budget for catering but Jay not only met our expectations but exceeded them. My husband and I didnt want "typical wedding food" and we definitely got what we wanted. Our family and friends are still raving about not only the delicious food but the amazing service. Jay is personable, talented, and very professional and so is his staff. I cant wait to have another event so Jay can cater it. I highly recommend him and his company. Thank you Jay for making my wedding better than expected!

I recently hired Jay to do a dinner party for 10 as a gift to a very important friend and client. From the very beginning, Jay was attentive and easy to work with. He offers a very extensive menu and is very helpful in choosing the right items. I was a little nervous the night of the event because I wanted it go perfectly, but I soon realized there was NOTHING to worry about. Jay and his assistant were incredible! Their service was impeccable and his food was absolutely delicious. When he says his steaks are "grilled to perfection" - he means it. Jay far exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend him and cannot wait to hire him again!

Jay helped me put together a great menu and a wonderful evening for my sisters bachelorette party. I had a budget to work with and he met it with quality food and service that far exceeded the reasonable cost. We were coming from out of town and staying at a house that I didnt know too much about, yet Jay was extremely flexible and brought everything he needed to create an absolutely incredible meal! The food was absolutely delicious, everyone was raving about it. Jay was extremely personable and fun to have around! I highly recommend Prestige Catering and have already recommended them to people I know in the Naples area.

I consider myself the only one who can do a birthday party for my children; even though they are now adults. Things and time just got away with me this year and I had Chef Jay cater and plan my sons 30th birthday. What have I been thinking all of these years??!! Chef Jay made EVERYTHING and took into account everyones special needs. Between the outstanding food and his eye for detail, my party throwing days are over. From now on, it is Chef Jay! We hired prestige catering for a private dinner party for 30 people in Naples. They were AMAZING! The food was fantastic and the service was amazing. They showed up on time, set everything up and we were able to relax and not worry. They cleaned up and left the house the way it was before the party. Thank you all! I love this name from the start. Because I New that that name would be hard to back up.. Things were up to par as far as Prestige goes. Really enjoyed all the personal service. FOOD was to die for. Jay was really helpfull and made my party very different then my past .
