I eat here about once a week. It does get busy around lunch time for sure, so try and get there a few minutes before noon instead of a few minutes after. Food is normally good. But the main reason they get 5 stars is their level of customer service. They obviously make an effort to get to know regular customers and greet them by name when they come in... both "front end" and the folks preparing your food. "Jodie" just requested extra dressing and the guy making her food just asked if she wants even more than he normally gives her. How many other places know their customers that well?

The fast and friendly service is a breath of fresh air, and so is the food! I have come for both breakfast and lunch and the food is nothing but AMAZING. The cheese grits are so creamy, the breakfast potatoes packed full of flavor, and the southwest salad is to die for! They make the Chipotle Ranch in house and its so delicious I have to ask for extra! AND if thats not enough, they have specialty coffees! Im sipping on a Iced Caramal Latte as I am posting this. If you havent tried Appetites before dont wait long. You wont be disappointed!

Awesome Catering Service! I recently used Appetites Catering for a retirement luncheon for about 80 people & they did an awesome job! Food was delicious, on time & their customer service was on point! We had one little child joining us for lunch so they even made a special grilled cheese sandwich just to accommodate. They even made a beautiful & delicious cake for the occasion! I would absolutely recommend utilizing them!

Ordered a club. Every other place makes a club as a 3 layer sandwhich, not this place. They use just use regular sandwhich bread, hand you a one layer cold cut sandwhich and call it a club as they charge you nearly $9 for it... The old owners were mean the new ones just rip you off.

A few people from work went today for lunch. Service was fast, polite and accurate. Food was prepared very quickly, under two minutes from order to eating. Delicious!! Cost about average four the area. Will go again..
