So happy they extended their hours to 8pm...just had the best dinner there! The meal is like eating at a 5 star restaurant, but w/o the 5 star prices...Had the Chilean sea bass....They r so nice...they really cared that we were happy with our meal... it was fantastic! Only downside is that it is small inside, so does not seat many, however, the upside is that you are well taken care of and your food is specially cared for and they arent just busting out tons of food fast for tons of people...I like the quaint, just hate that I might have to wait ;) Oh, and they have beer now too (ones I never heard of) and I wish I knew what I had (some dark beer) because it was also very good!!! THis is my new favorite place in Hudson ...p.s.love the carnegie(sp?) sandwich as well!

Went, at around 7pm the place wasnt crowded. I had the Jive Turkey wrap (delicious), and french fries. My fiancee had the Caprese sandwich with chicken. From the minute we arrived we felt comfortable and we had a feeling that the experience was going to be good. The food came out quick, the veggies tasted like they were freshly harvested from a garden behind the restaurant. The server (who I think may also be an owner) was extremely friendly and helpful. My only worry is that when this place really starts to take off they might need a larger dining area. I will definitely be returning next week to try a different menu item and enjoy some local expertly prepared food. You owe it to your taste buds to try Nosh out.

Went to Taste of Hudson and tried to purchase food from Nosh Eatery. They were an hour late getting started .All the other restaurants were on time. Waited in line in pouring rain while the 2 workers took there time serving customers.[Everyone else that had a tent set up had 4 or 5 workers ] .Finally got my peach cobbler and they served me a corner piece that was burnt.Tried calling the restaurant for 2 days and finally got through.[The line was busy for one whole day like the line was off the hook]Told the manager what happened and he didn"t even offer me a replacement or anything. This is how they treat there customers? What a joke! I will not go back to them next year.

Ignore the pointless 1-star reviews - one of which is complaining about hours of operation. Food is excellent. Gourmet preparations in a simple little lunch spot. The sandwiches are very well thought out and it shows in the complex flavor profiles which make each one unique and delicious. Easily the best lunch spot in Hudson and perhaps Northeast Ohio. Im originally from NJ where there are much fewer chains and many, many gourmet family owned eateries. Nosh Eatery reminds me of home.

Nosh is by far the best place in Hudson. They catered for the White House staff when they cam to Akron and we use them for catering for all of our clients, who always give raving reviews. In fact, we have them cater lunch for all of our new clients, and the feedback we can on the food is well worth the price! They come to expect and look forward to it for their annual appreciation lunches we cater for them. Great team, great food and always pleasing to the palate!

For all the people who rated this restaurant 1 star, and for all the people viewing this review, note that they have odd hours because they can. This place serves such amazing food that they dont need to be open for anything else other than lunch. The idea behind that is so they can serve fresh, light food, and that idea blossoms in the hands of their chefs. So, if youre around when theyre open... Definitely stop in and try something new.

Nosh has been and will continue to be one of our favorite spots for Saturday morning breakfast/brunch. The specials are always unique enough to warrant trying something new. The prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of the food. Portion size is great, never leave feeling overstuffed or still hungry. Great place owned by good people. Glad to be a patron!

This isnt your typical Ohio chain restaurant, thank the lord! This is a unique and authentic little restaurant with very good food. The owner sources everything he can locally and uses high quality ingredients. The best part about it is that you cant get food like this anywhere else in the area. The pistachio french toast is to die for.

Saw all the great reviews and went to go for lunch a few weeks ago and ITS CLOSED!! There was a sign on the door that they would be closed "indefinitely". Just wanted to let everyone know. Theres no information on their website stating this either. Its all a bit mysterious.

Went for the first time this Sunday for brunch. Between the four of us there wasnt a single meal or drink that wasnt excellent. The french toast was simply amazing. Definitely going back to try out the other items on the menu!

This place is amazing! We had the artichoke Havarti panini and the pistachio encrusted French toast. Both were excellent and they have a grear selection of $2 bottled beers to boot. Great food and awesome staff!!

Interesting twist on classics. Intimate environment. Lost a star because limited kids offerings (pretty much limited to grilled cheese) and no changing tables in any of the restrooms.
