I dont understand what the problem is. They CAN NOT seem to get me all of my mail. I have had to call and yes, the phone rings and rings. When finally someone answers I tell them, again, the same problem I have told them 5 other times. She says she will leave the postman a note. Leaving him a note is not working. I have lived here 7 years. I then receive a notice of vacancy in my mailbox. Are you serious ? ? The woman on the phone acts so surprised - give me a break. She asked me if I was sure I was not receiving my mail ? Yes. I am positive. When my neurologist tells me they sent out two letters at the same time and I only get one, Im positive. When I pay for a monthly subscription that never comes and I call the company and they send out another and I do not get that one - who is the problem ?? I could go on and on!! It is non stop with this post office. Non stop problems. I have had others people mail in my box several times. I had someone elses package which has the the same address number , wrong street so I googled it and delivered it myself instead of sending it back to the incompetent post office. Every time I order something & I see USPS is going to deliver, I fear who is going to get it. I have a different mail man about every two months. Mail comes sometimes at 7pm at night, there is not a time the "mail comes" its just, whenever the mail gets here for me. Shoot, Im kinda happy if he even stops or will he zoom on by like no one lives here with a driveway full of cars and a porch with chairs. Unbelievable. I have been here and seen him toss, throw, whatever you want to call it- my package up my steps, onto my porch because he cant walk and take four steps to set it down. Sometimes he drives off and wont even shut the mailbox door. Yes, that is true as true can be. They need to fix the problem the citizens of Fairfield are having to deal with. There has to be someone else that oversees operations. I have to say I have had it with this.

I have been selling items on eBay for two years now and have shipped thousands of packages for United States Postal Service. Today I encountered a first. Those of you that are familiar with the shipping process on eBay, they estimate what each item weighs, you agree to that and print out the label. I was told today that one of my packages had to be sent priority which almost doubles the price because it weighs 10 ounces. I know for a fact that you can have up to 16 ounces in a first-class package as I said I am ship thousands of them. Second, another package the female Clerk said Weighs 8 ounces. eBay estimated at 7.6 ounces but when I printed the label it says 7 ounces not 7.6 she tried to make me pay more for that package as well. I dont know whats going on at this post office not only this is you but the long lines of waiting to get up to the counter sometimes its more than a half an hour which is ridiculous. I will not be back to this post office even though it is right around the corner from my home.

Received a message that my package was out for delivery, and later the same day, a message that it was available for pickup. Theres no reason why the package shouldnt have been dropped off at my house. The next day, I went in to pick it up and was told it had gone back out on the truck, and yet it was again not delivered that night. Fast forward a week and I still dont have my package, and they are all clueless, both over the phone and in person. I have been playing phone tag with them over the number I was given to call but the associates best answer is: "I dont know where your package is." If you go in person to check on something, theyll just keep repeating the same non-answers to get your out of line so they can get on to the next person. Its a real shame that sellers end up eating the costs of an incompetent postal service. No accountability.

If I could give them 0 stars then I would. I had to wait over a week just to have someone change the locks to my mailbox. I couldnt get my mail and after them constantly saying that they would call me back when I would call them they never did so. So after it being a full week I went and spoke to the manager in person. Not that he was much of a help but he did say that it would be taken care of the next day and either the locks will be changed or that he would have someone drop the mail off inside of the clubhouse at the apartment complex. The next day comes and that never happened. So I had to go back to the post office and speak with someone else because it was clear that the manager I spoke to before wasnt going to speak to me. Needless to say I filed a complaint.

I was expecting a package via USPS Priority Mail on Friday 7/14/17. It arrived in Fairfield at 7:32 A.M., and instead of delivering it Fairfield sent it to Hamilton (45011), where it has been sitting for the last 4 days. It is now 5:30 P.M. on Monday, and it was not delivered. I had called Fairfield and spoke to Jeff this morning, and he told me to call back this evening if it wasnt delivered. I tried calling several times, but get no answer, even though Jeff told me that someone would be there until 6:30 P.M. This is certainly not the service I paid for! In fact, this is not service at all.

I have lived at the same address for over 2 years now and for some reason the postmen can not get my mail right? I have called several times they say they will handle it but never do. I have put up notes to let the mail carriers know what mail to put it which boxes. So my conclusion is they cant read. WE get mail for people that have never lived there or our mail goes to other tenants in the building. I guess I should be grateful they get it to somewhere but when you are waiting on items to come and they never do well its frustrating.

I have been tracking a package for a couple of days now. I get an alert saying is was undeliverable, which I knew was coming because I just moved. I have tried to call this place 10 times over a period of time and it stays a busy signal. I wanted them to hold my package and I would just come get it, but I cannot get anyone on the phone so now I get to wait even more for my item to get rerouted by a post office that cannot seem to get their heads out of their asses.

Lost another package (again). Forwarded it to another address on their own but dont know where. Have spoken with 3 different people in 4 days, that wont call me back with information. Shipper sent me a copy of the shipping label which had the correct address. So why did USPS take it upon themselves to change it?? What is wrong with this post office? Maybe time to take a close look at their personnel or management.
