THEY SAVED ME!!! Through some confusion, I missed a very important overnight envelope mailed to me. After ONE call, the gentleman got in contact with my mailman who was KIND enough to meet me at his lunch spot so I could pick up my letter. They went COMPLETELY out of their way to help me get this letter even though it was my mistake and didnt make me wait for the following day as is SOP. After expressing my not being familiar with the area, the mailman went even more beyond awesome customer service and slowly gave me directions on the EASIEST way to return home. There are no words for how grateful I am for what they did for me!!!!! I love my post office on Buttermilk Pike!!!!!!

Called Brian at the Post Office regarding a package that wasnt delivered to apartment for some reason. He was able to locate the package and verify that it was still there. I was told that the package wasnt delivered because my name wasnt on the mailbox... At my house, I receive mail addressed to various different names but the street address is correct. Dont know why the hell that made a difference, but whatever. I should apparently be getting it tomorrow. The Post Carrier is an idiot, but at least Brian was helpful.
