Worst Post Office in the USA. Robbie is also worst post master that Canton Georgia has ever had. Getting daily pick up for home business, mail carrier who is suppose to pick up is as rude as they come, wanted to scan packages later not when they pick up, wanted to scan packages in the rain not inside our building, there fore getting packages wet, we tried to show carrier where to leave mail when items are delivered, could not even get that far as the carrier was a complete jerk. So we called the canton Ga post office spoke to the postmaster there Robbie who must be a friend of the carrier. Robbie is as rude as you can get also. Were customers giving the post office around 300,000.00 in business a year picking up packages. We told postmaster that were going to complain to Washington and report this, he said that was a threat, Well Robbie yes we do report when the carrier and the postmaster are as rude and threating as you. DO YOUR JOB QUIT BEING LAZY, FOLKS EVER WONDER WHY THE POST OFFICE IS LOOSING MONEY? IT IS BECAUSE OF PEOPLE LIKE THEM.

Received notification that a package was waiting for us at this location. I walked in at 4:45 p.m. As soon as the "worker" behind the counter saw me, she quickly closed the gate. Right in my face! From behind the gate, she yelled, "We close at 4:45!" That would be fine, except for the fact that the peach-colored package notification we received clearly states that the package may be picked up "M-F 8:30 A.M. to 5 P.M." A photo of this message is included with this review for the postmasters convenience, though judging by how his employees act, I wasted my time uploading it. Because of THEIR error -- and incompetence -- a Fathers Day gift wont be received on time. The real pity is that my taxes pay that lazy workers salary. Hey, postmaster! Maybe theres a reason your Google Local rankings are garbage? Ill never set foot in this cesspool again.

Not even worth 1 star. Been on hold for 45 min now. Calling for the same complaint as always. My mail person loves to by pass my front porch and leave packages at my garage door. My front porch is covered and well....its my front door!!!!! Not only is it packages , but for whatever reason now my mail to go with it. Just today I found the package and then the mail had been blown across my driveway. Ive called several times for the same complaint and every time I am thanked and told it will be handled. I get a call back that theyve talked to the local delivery and theyve taken notes...EVERY TIME.

Went here with some questions about sending something with a prepaid shipping label and was treated with the most rude attitude! I didnt even finish my question and the lady at the front desk was shaking her head at me, repeating, "nope, no, no, no." I remained polite and asked a different question, trying to get some kind of answer about how shipping and packaging works and she cut me off saying "i dont know youll have to go somewhere else." I dont understand why i received this rudeness... all i wanted to do was send a shirt out!!

Poor costumer service. I walked in less than 5 minutes after the front lobby closed. Customers were still paying and making purchases. One of the front workers did not let me get to the counter before he yelled across the lobby they were closed. I asked if I could get one stamp and he simply pointed to their stamp machine. Thankfully a sweet woman, another customer, gave me a stamp to use!

If you are wanting to get your passport, I suggest you skip the horribly obnoxious and consistently cranky workers at the post office. Take your documents and checkbook to the County Courthouse. You will be treated with the utmost respect, your paperwork will be filed properly and you will be in and out of there in under 15 minutes.

I have tried and tried to call the post office to set up an appt to renew my passport and for the last two hours I have received nothing a busy signal when I call. Does this happen often? Its terrible service. But then again USPS is living up to their standards.
