Just wanted to say THANK YOU! Long story short, my husband and I filled out our forwarding information incorrectly. The package I had been expecting on October 10th was caught in a forwarding nightmare, bouncing back and forth between our homes. These dedicated people took the time to snag this package on its latest journey to Jasper.... thank you for going above and beyond.

Today was a all time low for them. Multiple issues in the past but today my package is hanging off my mailbox with a rubber band. If the package is to large to place in the mailbox then place it on He porch which is in sight of the mailbox. To sorry to place it on my porch today.

I was expecting a small package today and the mail lady stops by my mail box, fills out a pink slip and goes on her merry way! Says there was no place to leave package! My regular mail lady always leaves it on my porch! She put no effort into her job at all! Sorry service!

We have had numerous problems with our mail lady. Now, I have lost an $80 order that was listed as delivered. Luckily, amazon is sending a replacement. I just hopes this one actually makes it to the door.
