Ive never had such bad postal service, and Ive lived in multiple states, cities, and even a township. Issues weve had: 1. The mail truck turns around in our driveway (once they came close to running over my husbands legs as he was under our truck fixing something) even after we asked multiple times that they drive the 20 ft. up to the corner to turn around. 2. Our mail carriers think they are training to be Nascar drivers and speed through the neighborhood (squealing tires and brakes). 3. Last Saturday, I was home and could see the mail being delivered. My husband was outside in full view. The carrier left us a note saying he couldnt deliver an item to us as we werent home. Really?! It took longer to write up that little form/note than it would have to walk the 10 ft. to our door and knock. Ive called to complain to managers, but nothing changes--or if it does, it is because weve taken to chasing down the carriers to impart information (i.e. stop turning around in our driveway). I also dont believe bad reviews like this one make much difference; however, I cant imagine we are the only ones experiencing this. Maybe more people will voice their complaints and then things will change.

This Christmas season, every suburban community in the Greater Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky region is experiencing a spike in package thefts from our front doors. So, why does the US Postal Service permit the delivery of packages without ringing the doorbell or knocking on the door of the recipient? Even if no one is home, this simple act requires from 1 to 3 additional seconds per delivery. But, for those residents who are home, a potential theft could be averted. Weigh these three seconds against the time required to call Kenton County Dispatch and report the crime, for our local police department to dispatch an officer to take the theft report, interview the victim and the mail carrier, process and file the report, and follow up on the report as required by accepted community policing standards. The combined reporting, response, documentation, and investigative effort is measured in hours; as opposed to the 1 to 3 seconds required to ring the bell or knock on the door.

I had a package due for delivery today. Well It didnt come so I checked the tracking and it said our postal carrier couldnt drop it off and instructions to pick it up were left. #1 I was outside getting out of my car when the mail came and she did not attempt to drop off any package. #2 there were no pick up instructions left for my package! This is not the first time our mail lady just didnt walk our package to the door. My husband is home during the day and she never drops anything to our door. Im.very frustrated. Those were clothes for my kids and now I have to figure out where the heck they are!!

Very rude front desk postal worker. People have bad days, but she continues to provide nothing less than absolute awful customer service. Finally had to take my business to another city.

One of the nicest post offices ive been to. I go to alot of different ones and some are very rude if you have more than one package. Not this one.
