My package has at this time been at their location for 11 days!!!!!! No success contacting them from my end, even custom service from the store I ordered my package threw is struggling to reach this location and get answers. Mind you this package was to be delivered in 3-5 days we are now on 17 days with no updates available. Pray your packages never come near this facility.

Called was on hold for over 20 mins. No one ever answered. I have a package that is sittin at their location for 7 days now. Absolutely unacceptable. This location needs shut down. Its no wonder they have horrible feedback, they have no customer service. If they cant do their job then close.

This location gets a really bad rap, but the staff has been very friendly, theyve accepted all my parcels (of which there are often a great many) and I appreciate the service I get there, as well as how close it is to my business. 5 stars for me.

Usually they deliver the packages on time but recently they have been holding my packages there for days with no update via tracking or anything. Tried to call and I got no response.

Friendly post office and quick service. Smaller than most, but with their speed it doesnt matter. You can drive through to drop off letters in the receptacles around back.
