5 star service all around. Great prices, on time and cleaned up very well after each day they worked(3). Out of the handful of companies that came to quote the job, American electric was the only company that wore booties. And they did religiously throughout the entire 3 day job. I even put down plastic and suggested they use just the plastic. He told me he couldnt and that its a habit. A good habit in my opinion. Highly recommended and will call them to do any more electric needs that i may need.

I heard about American Electric on WKKY radio and remembered their name when I needed an electrician. They have done two jobs for me in the past two years and I was delighted with both. They rewired some front post lights including running cable underground in one case. In the other, they replaced exterior floodlights that were too high for me to reach. On time, fair price, good work, friendly, good cleanup in both cases. I will continue to have American Electric as my "go to" electricians!

The team at American Electric is always fast to respond and does exceptional work at a great value. Theyve done minor repairs for us that I didnt feel 100 percent confident in doing myself, and theyve done more major repairs that likely have prevented at least one house fire. On top of that, the folks who work there are incredibly pleasant. Ive never felt uncomfortable letting them into my home.

The crew at American Electric provided fast emergency service that really saved the day when the main breaker on an outside pole burned up. One call to American Electric got us fixed within 24 hours. They are fast, courteous, and reasonably priced. They even came all the way out to Middlefield in the middle of a really bad snow storm. You can count on them.

I just had my Hot Tub wired to my house. Bob and his apprentice came out yesterday, on time and even put covers on their shoes to walk through the house. They were extremely polite and efficient. The complete task took less than three hours and we were sitting in 99* bubbling water the same night! Thank you for a painless experience.

STAY AWAY. They charged me $179 to replace a ballast. I had light bulbs, but they insisted I needed to use theirs. 15 minutes worth of labor....stay away from this company
