I needed an electrical upgrade on my house so I called Advent. The owner showed up on time, was friendly and knowledgeable. Looked at my box and said hed e-mail a quote to me within a week, call if I dont get it. I waited a week and a half and called, said hed get it over to me within a day. Never received it. Heres my perspective, I shouldnt have to chase down a quote, if hes too busy to send a quote hes too busy to do my job.

I have called them 3 times in the last week to get some work done. I have never heard back. Are they still in business? Did work for me 2 times previously and were great. Hope they are still in business. Website contact us page doesnt work either. :(
