Just starting at Team Shotz and I love it. Have never been a fan of working out or lifting weights and have not been in a weight room for about 15 years but Team Shotz has made this new experience an awesome, fun, and motivating one everyway you look at it. Whether you are a beginner or an expert, man, woman, or child, 3yrs old or 103yrs old Team Shotz has got a workout for YOU. Its a fun, family friendly place to workout. You wont be dissapointed GUARANTEED. The trainers are very professional, make you feel great, and are not intimidating in anyway but push you to get the results your looking and meet the goals your after. They treat you like family and the one on one training is the best around. YOUR GOALS BECOME THEIR GOALS. From weight lifting, personal training, self defence, or preparing for that next level in whatever Team Shotz has you cover. Thank you to everyone at Team Shotz for everything. Its greatly appreciated. I will highly recommend Team Shotz to everyone.
