I moved to Ohio over a year ago and had trouble finding a Honda dealership that I could trust. After doing some searches online for dealerships this summer, I noticed all the great reviews for Buckeye Honda. I took my Honda there today, and I could not be more pleased with the service I received. Buckeye Honda is smart enough to know that waiting for your car to get serviced is not the most pleasant thing to do on a Saturday (or any day!); they have a very comfy waiting room with coffee, drinks and snacks, and they had a courtesy car that we were able to borrow so we could get a bite to eat and not be stuck at the dealership for two hours. Bryce was my service guy, and he was very attentive and personable; what I valued the most was that he took me to see my car so that I could understand exactly what was wrong with it and what the mechanics would fix before they did it. I tend to be very cynical when I go to get my car looked at and am always on high alert for people who will try to wheel and deal me, but I never got that vibe from Bryce at Buckeye Honda. I will definitely be going back, and I recommend this dealership to anyone in the area!!!

I took my odyssey in for service 100 point inspection and oil change , mind you I purchased the vehicle from them and its not under warranty any longer. Oil change and tire rotation with 100 point inspection. $88.with some Chang. The 100 point inspection revealed you need a new rack do to a leaky power steering lines and rack, $1785.00. I took the car to sears for a 2nd option, The return line on the rack to the power steering pump was rusted and had a leak , I asked Sears Lancaster Ohio how much to fix it ? Im holding my breath think big money "No" $237.13 I showed the Buckeye HONDA estimate , I did get a chuckle from one of the Sears techs , their primary goal is to sell you a new car or keep the one they sold you on the road until no warranty exists then they stick it to you real hard or try and get you to trade in the car for a new one. This is the 2nd service by buckeye HONDA that shows No integrity exist with this HONDA. I do love the odyssey but will now trade it in for an Audi and pay a little more for the respect that comes from that company. < EnochUSMC >

I bought my Honda there a little over a month ago and I am glad I did. I used their website to pick out a few cars that caught my eye, and went in with a list of the cars I wanted to check out and a note book for my significant other to take notes in. Our sales rep Chad double checked my insurance information and gave me the space to test drive and look at the cars. I found a nice little two year old Honda that had some miles on it, but ran smooth and had a decent carfax report. We negotiated a price (and they were flexible). This was the first time I had bought a car from a dealership and I had looked around at a few others and felt pushed (one actually had two big guys ganged up around me after I had only lightly browsed and repeatedly told them "I am ONLY doing research"). So the Buckeye Honda team GAVE ME THE SPACE I needed and DID NOT pressure me. Chad helped me find a friend and here I am a little over a month out with my car Dazy and I could not be more happy with this little car! Do your research first, but check them out!

Brityn Larrick was my salesperson and he was the epitome of class and professionalism. I was shopping around all over town and out of all the dealers looking for my sale, Brityn was the only one that respected my personal and financial situation. There were no pressure tactics. This was my first real car purchase and he was very patient with me. Allowed me to test drive a number of options, answered every question I had, and when we couldnt find a car to finance in the price range I like he didnt pressure me to change my price range, he instead waited until a vehicle became available that I could afford and then notified me immediately. To top it all off, Brityn came in on his day off to make sure that the sale went smoothly and to answer any last minute questions I may have. If Brityn is an example of the customer service and professionalism that every member of the staff at Buckeye Honda displays then its no wonder that they are a multi-year presidents award winner!

Took my new 2014 CR-V in for the 30-Day Connect service, as well as have remote start installed. Jason Hosafros, in Service, provided outstanding customer service, as always. He took the time to explain the process, arranged for a last-minute courtesy car for my use while my vehicle was being worked on (I was unaware that the remote start install is a 3hr process), and cheerfully demonstrated how to operate the newly installed remote start at the time of pick up when I asked (even though the service department was Saturday Swamped). Ive always had a positive experience with Buckeye Hondas Service department, and their personnel in that department (including the receptionists/cashier gals), and I greatly appreciate their efforts and excellent customer service skills!

I brought my 2011 Honda Pilot to Buckeye Nissan in Hillard to have some needed maintenance completed. This is the first vehicle Ive purchased since 1994 (have leased through Buckeye since). The Buckeye team (Nissan and Honda) is an excellent service. Nissan completed my break replacement and battery replacement and Honda completed the three recalls that I have needed taken care of for quite some time. Nissan game me a vehicle for 24 hours, completed the maintenance items they could, had an employee drive it to Lancaster for Honda to complete the remaining items, and had it back to Hilliard early so that our family could hit the road to Charlotte NC that evening. Excellent work!

Buckeye Honda is the best! Their staff goes above and beyond in what you would normally expect from a car dealership. They are friendly, thorough, and professional in all that they do when it is time to have your car serviced. I was early for my service appointment, no problem! I had additional items to be serviced on my CRV other than the ones we had discussed at the time I made the appointment, no problem! All concerns were addressed and taken care of in a timely fashion! This is my second Honda and I can assure there will be a third Honda, when the time comes!

Was sold a used vehicle and after only 3 days realized it had a bad head gasket. Return vehicle to Buckeye Honda for repairs. After 4 weeks to day an 8 hour job I pick up to vehicle only to discover 10 minutes later that the heat doesnt work. Return immediately to Buckeye to be told they where to busy to look at my vehicle, that I would have to leave it and they would find time on Monday. 4 weeks of wait,a truck payment, insurance payment, 4 trips to Lancaster from Columbus and still no vehicle that Im paying for.
