This morning I was told by my insurance I had a scheduled tow for 8am and if I didnt recieve a call by 7 to call my insurance company, so I never got a call so I called them and was told they forgot to dispatch a tow company!!! They told me that they would go ahead and do that (at this time it is 7:41) Im in complete tears because I was expecting my vehicle to be picked up by 8 so that I could leave and go to work! I got an automated call from the tow company, Bryant Auto Services saying that the soonest they could be there would be an hour and a half so I was so upset knowing I would be so late to work. But then I got a call at 7:56 from Adam at Bryant Auto Services that he was outfront my apartment to pick up my car!!!When he got there he was so nice and even offered to take my car to their shop to get it fixed faster! Im so happy with my short experience with Bryant Auto Services, this was the first good experience Ive had during this whole process!! Thank you so much!!

DO NOT take your car here! The car broke down on the freeway on a Friday and the estimated time to tow was one hour. The actual time was 2 HOURS. The diagnosis was a bad fuel pump. We got the car back Wednesday evening with 4 MILES WORTH OF GAS in the tank - it had over 100 miles when it was towed in The car broke down again 36 hours later on Friday morning. It took nearly another week to replace a clip on a line! We just got it back on Thursday evening and were told "it still may have a transmission problem - call us if you need us." HAHA!! I WILL NOT TAKE ANY CAR BACK HERE AND I AM TELLING ALL WHO SEE THIS NOT TO TAKE THEIR CAR HERE.

My car was towed by Bryant Auto Service. The left front assembly needed replaced, as well as left front side panel. It took them one month to repair. When I picked my car up, Bryant Auto Service installed the WRONG panel, leaving a visable gap. I asked them to also replace two sensors, they never did. I drove straight home, when I looked at the other side, there was a GIANT DENT on the pass rear side panel. I called the owner, of course he denied any wrong doing. Bryant Auto Service is NOT ACCREDITED thru BBB. Im so extremely disappointed with them. I would never recommend doing business with them ever!

So far my experience has been upsetting. I took my otherwise functioning van in to have the engine replaced and drove it home with parts hanging down from underneath, some hissing burst followed by a strange smell filling the cabin then no more air conditioning, and a clunking sound when I turn the wheel. Not what I expected after spending well over $4000 for their services. How am I supposed to drive my infant and toddler around in the summer heart in this vehicle? Im trying to get a resolution right now. Will update my review based on that.

These guys are world class. They helped me with a new fuel pump when mine left me stranded on I-70. Not knowing about Bryant, I called the mega dealer - Ricart Ford. Without looking anything up the service manager told me it would cost $1200.00. The guys at Bryant got me on the road quickly and for a fraction of that cost. I live in Dayton, Ohio and will bring my car to Bryant when it needs repair. These guys are where you should take your car when you want the work done right and at a fair price. This place is my go to for car repairs! As a woman, most places try to oversell you on repairs that do not need done. Here I was treated with the upmost respect and was not talked down to. Not to mention, their prices are well below what I have been charged for in the past. Great staff and I highly recommend!
