Very friendly staff however my 3 day repair estimate took upwards of two weeks after comming in 4 times on dates they said it would be finished. Paint work was good but used non-oem tail lights. I was also was met with resistance when I asked for MY old parts back. However the gentleman handling my claim was very helpful and the shop went through a little extra work to try to replace my aftermarket parts correctly. Overall Im on the fence with this shop as its my first and only body shop experience.

If you happen to have and love an older, classic or antique car, dont bother calling these people. They refuse to even meet with you if your vehicle is 20 or more years old/ I have upwards of 3K to spend on cosmetic work for my 20 year old Thunderbird - and you people wouldnt take my business. Fine I am sure someone else will happily take my money.

Came in for a repair after someone backed into my car. Paint match was very well done. It was easy enough to have them do it paid by the other guys insurance. Everyone I dealt with who worked there was very nice. If Im ever in another unfortunate car situation again that requires it, Rutherford will definitely get my business again.

The lady was ultra rude and had her dog in her lap the entire time while she acted unprofessional. Terrible communication skills and tried to pawn it off on us. The rest of the staff was great and professional, however, I cant recommend that anyone has the privilege of dealing with her for the sake of getting their car repaired.

The claim estimator was friendly enough at first. But he took awhile to give me my estimate (well over an hour) and he was clearly annoyed when I called about the status of the estimate. I am pretty sure he high balled the estimate to basically tell me to get lost. (I had gotten two other estimates well below his estimate).

Car has been in the shop for over a month. Supposedly had waited for parts and weeks go by and there still not done, Ive called and dont get a call back so I guess you have to pop up. This business has a D- on Better business bureau and I can see why. DO NOT give your vehicle to this business, highly disappointing

Unfortunately we have been rear ended four times with different family members cars being hit. I blame the cell phone. Rutherford is the best place to get Auto Body repair center. Very friendly staff and the explain everything and take care of all paperwork.
