There were 2 customers being waited on and 2 employees assisting them. I walked in to get a free estimate and was not even acknowledged! I was made to feel not welcomed. Now, I was involved in sales and customer service as a manager and I can tell you that one of the first rules of retail is to, at least, let the customer know that you are busy but will be with them ASAP. Make them feel comfortable waiting for you. I, as a result, will NOT recommend their shop to anyone. As a matter of fact I will give them a bad reference. My friend and I called about a scratch on the back of the car and two of the employees were more than gracious. They took the call, came out to look at the car in the parking lot and gave us practical advice about what to do with a minor problem on the back fender. Unlike several other places we called, they were polite, professional and competent. Given the odds that car collisions happen from time to time, this would be the first place that I would call for a quote. I have no doubt that they would provide reliable and excellent service and I only wish there were more people in this industry like them!

I didnt like their business model. They advertise to paint a car at prices they even have posted in the shop. My car has no dents or scratches to fix only flaky clear coat every shop has to deal with it your car looks like it could use new paint. The sales stratagy they use

Great customer service. They keep me update and deal with the insurance for any change. Finish the job on time and the best of all my car looks just like new!!!! First time that I have a car accident, so I didnt know what to do. They did everything for me.

Had a Nissan Xterra painted there with clear coat factory paint, they treated me great and my Nissan came out better than I even expected. Great experience, I recommend Maaco to everybody! Best prices you will ever get. Thanks!

Marv is great. I have had work done there before, and referred a friend of mine from Tampa to have his truck repainted. he liked the service so much, his wifes car came in right after his truck! GO Marv! you Rock!

My experience was terrible. Ill never go there again. He wasted my time and gave me no information bad communication. And Marv charged me $32 for an estimate when it says free estimates on the door. DONt GO THERE!!

Dont bring your car here to be painted. These are the worst people you want to deal with. They ruined my husbands car and then wanted him to bring it back, pay more money so they could TRY to fix it. BEWARE.
