I have used this business a few times in the past without issues and this car they repainted the front bumper due to a few minor scratches that was caused from stones. However, yesterday I used my power washer on the medium nozzle to remove some love bugs as I have done on prior paint jobs from them without any problem. This was not up close usage and as I was washing the bumper paint started to come off in many places. Two of them the peeling was 1 and 1/12 inches long by 3/16 wide. The other areas were smaller. Immediately we took the car to them and they said the chips were caused by stones and would not repair. Anyone with sense would know a stone would not cause that type of peeling. They refused to fix the inferior paint job so this so called life time warrantly is worthless and they do not stand behind their work..

Fast and friendly service, fair pricing. I stopped by on a Saturday morning to find out what could be done about a dent in my bumper someone caused in a parking lot. Ken was friendly, gave me an estimate and said to bring it back first thing Tuesday morning because he didnt have anyone on site that day to do the work (Monday was memorial day so they were closed). I brought it in Tuesday morning and was in and out within 30 minutes with the work being done and coming in under the cost of the estimate. The quality was great and I will be definitely coming back here for some other minor repairs that need to be finished as well. I was provided an estimate for the other minor work end it is also very affordable. I would highly recommend!!

I had minor scratches removed . Wonderful job. Vehicle was done on time and looks great. I thought the paint would be hard to match...apparently it was no problem for them. They are truly professionals, and their customer service is second to none. Ken was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. My only regret is that I can only give them 5 stars. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Great experience with the guys at Carsmetics. I had a small dent on my rear panel & had scrapes on the passenger door. They were fast with a quote and were over 50% lower than the 2 other quotes I received. They finished the job on time and I could not be happier with the work they did. I cant see any scratches or dents and they did a fantastic job matching the paint.

Excellent service. They repaired my front bumper and hood, handled the insurance agency for me, and picked up the tab on the rental car. Mark was very friendly, responsive to questions, and honest. The car looked great runs great and still does 600 miles later I highly recommend them for minor to moderate damages
