I had my 96 f250 serviced here. Had my rear fuel tank replaced, heater fan replaced heater block fixed and a u joint replaced. This is the first time Ive had a shop work on my truck since I had purchased it three years ago. They had it for 3 full weeks (was told a week and a half do to part delivery). Apon picking my truck up I noticed a hub cap cover missing on the tire they had to remove to fix the u joint was told it had be missing after the fact by one person then later that day was told I came in missing. Nothing was done about that. On my drive home my truck had completely died on me as I was driving down Gratiot doing 55mph. Once I was able to start the truck again I turned around and it died again once again I got it started back up and headed to the dealership. Told them the issue and asked what all was done. Found out they did not test the rear tank after installing. Was told it would be another day or so before they could get to my truck (only had Been gone for 45 mins). They had it for another week and was told no issues were found. Since then my truck has completely died on me a total of 12 times within the last 3 weeks. Bringing it back up in the morning to see what they say and how they will fix the issue. Will keep you posted on what happens and how it is resolved.

Happily walked away with my BRAND NEW Shelby GT350 from here, and the buying experience could not have been any more pleasant. In addition to that, when I did receive the recall notice from Ford to fix the oil coolant line crimps, Grande Ford was the only dealership that was able to promptly order the parts for my car. Other dealerships closer to my area had to wait until the next month to even send out the recall letters, let alone be able to fix the problem. 5/5 Stars, and I would happily buy from here again.

The sales persons manager screwed him out of a commission because he doesnt know how to treat the customer .(me) The manager even ran into the building trying out my trade in, and didnt even acknowledge it. I will never go back and never recommend.

The service here sucks. They tell you one hour wait and then it turns out to be over two hours for their regular vehicle maintenance just because they had some rush work. I like to know why the other persons time was more valuble than mine.

Once again completely disappointed with service. Wish Sheppard was still able to do warranty work. I live 2 miles from dealership and I will be taking vehicle to St. Clair were you are treat with respect and courtesy. So disappointing.
