Richard, or Dick as he proved to be, became immediately defensive with me as soon as I pointed put a problem with the quality of work performed on my car when my son and I arrived to pick it up. He began by calling me ignorant while he was attempting to blow off the problem and I would not stand for it. He then became facetious and as GOD of Superior Auto Body. He told me I was noone, I pointed out I was the customer, and asked who his Boss was? He called a number from his cell and hung up. He started trying to tell my son the car was like this when it came in, I stepped in again, he became irate and started with the name calling again, so I asked why he was afraid to call his boss earlier. He stepped back, then fumbled out his cell and dialed someone, told them he had an idiot on the line and handed me his phone, I spoke to a man and explained my issues, he went off on me too. Started name calling........I hung up. It was a horrible experience for me and my son. Although, they have now agreed to fault of damage to the window and are fixing it at their expense, drove my son to work. It was still a shotty thing to do to any customers car and then to lie and bold face call them names when they bring it to attention is just childish and in no way a Professional way to run a business.

I had the hood to my Jeep Grand Cherokee painted here. Several years later the clear coat was peeling off. Their work was extremely substandard. This was an old car (98) and the original paint looked much better than what they did. It doesnt surprise me that there are many comments about condescending customer service. I get the feeling the people with newer or more expensive cars get treated differently in terms of customer service and more importantly the quality of work that is provided. My car was older, but money still spends the same. Why they do this is a mystery to me. I think this is very short sighted as business, as I have a couple other late model vehicles, including a Mercedes, that would have otherwise been potential work for them. I would never recommend this place and will never use them again.

If you lucky you ll be happy with this service but if you unlucky and they screw something up - just try to point it out and Ron will get extremely rude with you. You know nothing - he knows the best. Welded wrong way. Lied it was this way but I had photos... Painted wrong way. Repainted free of charge. Taillight and rear bumper didnt line up I spend 2 hours pulling back and forth and it looks much better now but Im not the shop Im not supposed to fix after "superior service". Ron said my car "was a problem from the start". Well if it s a problem from start you dont take the job. He also said "I fix cars with wheels more expensive than your car" how nice is that? STAY AWAY.

I am a professional female in my late 30s. I have worked on my cars and have had the body worked on and painted. My current car needs new paint (Florida’s sunshine has taken its toll), some small dents repaired and the trim replaced. None of the body molding or panels need to be replaced. The person who gave the estimate was condescending, treating me as if I had no clue as to what it took to sand, patch and paint a car. I was given an outrageous estimate and the longer we spoke the higher the cost went, with no added work to be done. My husband took the same car to the same person the following month and his estimate was $1500 less than mine for the same amount of work.

Their customer service is beyond surprising, it is unbelievable. They did some repairs on the back bumper of my F150. When I picked it up, it looked NEW. Not only did they perform the repairs, paint the areas fixed, but they ALSO took the initiative to spot paint a couple paint chips on the hood (tiny ones that I thought only I could see) and they washed, polished and detailed the entire truck!!! Purely amazing! They do highly detailed professional work. The second that you walk in the lobby, you know; you just know; that you are in the right place. And everyone is polite, friendly and professional. Very Satisfied!!

Great job on my 1998 crown Vic . This second time I have my car there . In august 2013 they pained my front bumper it look brand new match the color of my car . I put a big dent on my front bumper this year . I took over there they replace my bumper and a few others things done the car picked up today looks better then when I first got the car back in 2010 . The paint job they did on the car was awesome they got my car done about a week . Very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them if any for body work done your vehicle . 6-20-14 . I highly recommend Richard he didnt awesome job on my car..

This is an amazing bodyshop, they do excellent work, and they treat you like family! I have nothing bad to say about anybody we dealt with there they were all respectful, courteous, and very helpful! If I could give 10 Stars i would. Joe and Ahmad, hope i spelled that right, at the front desk are awesome and Joe, the new guy in the shop, was awesome as well they kept us updated and never gave the typical bodyshop runaround! I will refer everyone i know and meet to them! Thanks guys you cant even tell the car was ever in an accident!

Do yourself and your family a favor and choose this body shop for any work you may need done to your car they are extremely courteous kind professional and treat you and your loved ones like family they admit their wrong doings if theres ever any at all and they get it done in a timely manner. I just got my car today from them after being in the shop for over a month from a car accident and upon receival of my car you can never tell that it was completely totaled great company great people great experience hands down

Go somewhere else anywhere besides this place. Yes the building looks fancy, what good is a golden turd. Mr.Feiler a technician sliced my cover for my cup holder slider and sliced my rubber intake with a razor blade. I take meticulously good care of my vehicles. Stay far away from this business dont let the fancy building fool you. Its a golden turd. Even better that left my car out and a delivery truck hit it. I Normally I tip technicians very well for good work. Go somewhere else anywhere else.

This is the best shop in town. When our 2012 Camry SE was involved in an a front impact I knew right where it was going. Typically I always feel things will never be the same after an accident but thats not true when Superior does the repair. Richard was a pleasure to deal with giving me updates on the status of the vehicle repair every couple days. The repair job looks factory down to the panel gaps, paint flake and texture. Thanks again Superior.
