I brought my car here to have a dent in the fender taken out and have never received such horrible service at a retail shop before in my life. The employee was extremely rude to me, questioning my ability to drive based on the nature of the dent. I decided to continue with the transaction because Google gave such "good" reviews - bad idea. I ended up having to take my car to another repair shop and repair it for twice the cost. The man told me that my fender should have been fully replaced but he was able to remove the dent. Needless to say, he lied. I do not recommend this shop for any repair, based on the horrible quality of work and the rude employees.

These guys do amazing work! And on top of it, they are very accommodating and kind. Not knowing any better, I used a scrubby sponge to quickly get something off my black car which resulted in a bunch of tiny white scratches. I brought my car to Dent Solutions to see what they could do. They took me right away and a half hour later I drove away with a car that looked better than before I ruined it. There was not trace of the scratches left, they were completely buffed out. Not to mention, they did all this within an hour or them closing. I will definitely be going back to Dent Solutions again, if I ever need more work done on my car.

Avoid this shop at all costs; during a routine paintless dent removal, they sanded through the paint on my vehicle, resulting in the need to repaint the entire body panel. The owner offered a wide range or personal insults and threats at various points throughout the encounter, and I have never experienced a less competent or less professional individual in the auto repair industry. The secondary repairs they performed to correct the damage they caused left a lot to be desired and resulted in my having to pay a different shop to clean up their mess. Overall, an absolutely awful experience.

I was recommended by a fellow car club member who had excellent results. Just had my Mercedes SLK to Dent Solutions. I had a non-typical repair problem related to the tire catching the edge of the fender at an HPDE track day. Even though it wasnt typical dent repair, they were able to think outside the box and offer a paint-less solution. I am very pleased with the results, the work was reasonably priced and true Craftsmanship level of work. I think the tag line belongs to some other company but it is Like It Never Happened!

Im convinced "the dream team" just worked on my car! The combination of great communication, above and beyond assistance coordinating things with my insurance company/the rental car company and some absolutely stellar body work have made me one happy customer. I stopped by the shop yesterday and had Ed take a look at a dent in my hood, to which he gave me an immediate appraisal. I then dropped my car off today and requested it be done by sometime tomorrow morning due to my hectic work schedule. Ed had my car fixed within an hour and I was able to pick it up this evening. I was fully aware of what they were going to do to fix my car and the pricing was more than reasonable. I am definitely visiting Dent Solutions for all of my future needs.

Took my Porsche 997 cab there for some paint work. Ed the owner did a awesome job. Paint looks like it did when the car was new. He even picked me up from my office and brought me in when the car was done as my wife was unable to. Stand up shop that does greT work at reasonable prices. Have since brought my wifes Escalade there for a few touch ups as well. You will not be let down. If you want a cheap Maco paint job this is not your place.

I took my Mercedes 400E this morning to repair a dent in the hood. I had gone to 2 other dent repair shops in Columbus last week, who began by telling me what things would be a problem. Dent Solutions fixed the dent while I waited (about 1 1/2 hours) and even buffed out a spot on my trunk at my request. The work was perfect, service great and I certainly would endorse them enthusiastically.

Ed and his wife are great! They took good care of me and my Mazda. It took about an hour, maybe less and the work is great! Not to mention the price beat any other place I found and I shopped around for an entire week. Although I only had the pleasure of working with Ed, I know the company takes great pride in their brand and each technician they hire. I highly recommend Dent Solutions!

My Mazda Millenia suffered a pretty bad door ding and Dent Solutions took care of the damage. The price was reasonable and the repair was excellent. Plus, I had the priviledge to meet the owner and his wife and they were very nice people to deal with. I hope I never have to go back; however, if I ran into this problem again, this would be the first place I would return to for repair.

Please avoid this shop at all cost! They are unprofessional and turn face like flipping hand! Never trust anyone like that in any circumstances!!!Whoever rated 5 stars on this store, I doubt it if it was coming from the legitimate customers -- its much likely those comments (5stars) are coming from the "dent solutions" insiders....again please do not put any trust into this service!

My Subaru was pounded with 300+ hail dents. I had little confidence they could be removed but Ed at Dent Solutions did a fantastic job! While some minor dings are still present they are most likely only noticeable by me since I meticulously detail my car. This claim was handled through my insurance which was another friction-free transaction.

Pulled up for an estimate and pulled out less than 15 minutes later with my car completely fixed, and at a great price at that. Staff was extremely friendly and seemed genuinely interested in making sure I got the best deal for the work that needed to be done. Definitely going to go here first to next time I need work done on my car!

This place was great! I had 3 door dings on my rear passenger door. One of which, I thought had chipped the paint. Dent Solutions repaired all three in around 30 minutes. They even worked some magic on the one I thought was chipped. My car looks great and the price was right. I highly recommend!
