DO NOT LISTEN TO THESE NAYSAYERS! I have used Roberts Collision several times over the last 10 years and every time has been a POSITIVE experience. Just recently, my daughter was hit by a red light runner and her truck ended up being totaled. Throughout the whole ordeal, the at-fault drivers insurance did everything they could to delay payment to us, but Chris at Roberts helped out tremendously by staying on top of them and keeping me updated constantly. This was the first time we have ever had a vehicle totaled and were unsure how the process worked. Chris and the staff at Roberts were VERY helpful and made a difficult situation a lot easier to deal with. The people on this site with the negative posts are most likely more at fault themselves by not following through with return phone calls, contacting their insurance provider, trying to blame the collision center for a problem their vehicle already had, or trying to avoid paying for a service they bought, etc...Customers have a responsibility to the business as well! My vehicles have always been returned in great shape and any issues were dealt with courteously and taken care of, in fact, a Lexus we previously owned which was hit, and fixed here, had a headlight problem after the repair. Roberts addressed it and found it to be defective and replaced it again, and we never had a problem with it after that. Roberts would not have been in business as long as they have by doing crap work and not providing service after the job is complete. They are willing to go ABOVE AND BEYOND for their customers and are never disrespectful. I will be a lifetime customer and will ALWAYS recommend them to everyone. I would not trust anyone else with my vehicles!

This was my first time dealing with a collision center, and most definitely will be taking take my car here in the future (although I hope I never have to). I had very personal and excellent customer service. I was looking for GEICO supported locations, and I drove 45 minutes out of my way to this location specifically because of the great reviews. I couldnt of made a better decision. My husband is stationed in Japan serving in the Navy and I see him two times a year. I got into an accident on a Thursday three days before I was supposed to pick up my husband from the airport and head to the Keys for our vacation for a week - meaning I was going to have to pay out of pocket for a rental for almost 2 weeks. Well, one of the managers sons happened to be in the military, and he understood how frustrating (and costly) of a situation this was for me...and they worked through the weekend to get my car back to me Saturday! I had originally been quoted two weeks and they got it back in three days! I teared up when I got the call that they had expedited fixing my car and it saved me hundreds of dollars in car rental. They told me I should not have to stress during one of the few times a year I get to see my husband. So to the team over at Roberts - thank you SO much! Even a few months later this experience still touches me and makes me feel very blessed by your great team at Roberts Collision.

DO NOT USE!, I had three cars repaired here, A lexus, my girlfriends suzuki and an escalade with varying degrees of acceptable initial satisfaction, HOWEVER as other reviewers have stated they DO NOT stand by their workmanship. I have had everything from interior rattles to component failure, and undiscovered air bad sensor damage that was not replaced at time of repair. Not only did I have to take the vehicles back Multiple occasions for them to claim they saw no problem, but also they would not stand by their "Lifetime" warranty and never wound up repairing any of the problems The only vehicle that was reapired somewhat satisfactorily was the esacalade but the interior squeaked rattled and whined maddeningly on the highway until I traded it in. They were my state farms recommended repair facility in my area and I though I could trust their workmanship. From all outward appearance they have an immaculate repair facility with many impressive classic cars proudly displayed in their show room. Your repair may SEEM to initially but they DONT DO QUALITY WORK! and my experience has been with multiple vehicles of my own, family and some friends referred that problem and defects in workmanship as well as items missed in the initial repair will come up and Roberts DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. I will NEVER RETURN and would highly caution anyone from using them

I do not recommend this place! I was rear ended then sent here. They lied to me and told me it was minor damage. I found out it was a bit more damage than they estimated at. Im seeing collision shops everywhere always wanting to believe its just minor damage when in reality its going to cost a lot to bring your car back to the way it was before the bump or crunch. Honestly I pay a lot to drive and I expect the best service when my car is damaged. Roberts refuses to accept this and sides with the at fault driver. I had to argue and report this company until they accepted there was more damage. They claim they will put your car on a "puller" Be careful with allowing them to do this It could pull your whole wheel alignment out permanently! I doubt they would even care! Most good companies will remove damaged panels by drilling out the welds with a special bit then replace with highest quality parts. No one should have to argue with a collision company when insurance companies have $100,000,000,000 in the bank. They should fix every car with top notch parts direct from Ford,Chevy,Toyota or whatever manufacturer its from. They tried handing me this pamphlet with a description of the parts they use Im sure the parts are good but why not just get them from a salvage yard or direct from the dealership corresponding to the make?

Whenever one takes a vehicle in for repairs as a result of a fender bender that was someone elses fault, it is always with a bit of skepticism as many Insurance companies want the repair to cost as little as possible and often cut corners to do so. My wifes 2007 VW Passat Wagon was hit in the backside and had a fair amount of damage. At first I felt the underwriter at Roberts was irritated by the many questions I asked about paint, clear coat, new parts or repaired parts...It is that reason that I give these guys 4 stars instead of 5 stars. The repair work itself was 5 stars, they went above and beyond what was expected, replacing torn weather stripping and even repainting the rear hatches strike plate. I am admittedly picky about repairs, which comes from being an experienced mechanic and having spent a lifetime, responsible for maintenance on Multi-Million Dollar Yachts and Aircraft. I could find nothing to criticize about the repair work this shop did, it was more than satisfactory. Kudus also to the in-house Geico Insurance Adjuster who did more than was what we expected to make sure we were happy with the repairs. I highly recommend this Body Shop, especially if you own a foreign car and want it fixed correctly!

I brought my 4 month old car in for an estimate of what it would take to fix a bad curb scrape/dent. Omar gave me a very reasonable estimate for the work, much less than I expected, which was great since I did not want to go through insurance. I brought the car in on Tuesday morning and was told it would be ready by Friday at the latest. The very next day, they had pulled out the rocker panel into the correct shape again and painted it so it looked brand new from the outside. When we opened the door, there ended up being some issues with the paint on the bottom edge which we pointed out, and Omar said they would get it fixed up right away. On Thursday, they had the car ready in perfect condition, and even knocked the price down for the inconvenience. Despite the small hiccup, I am still rating 5 stars because the finished product was excellent work at an excellent price. No ones perfect, but they are clearly striving to be, and I definitely recommend them. I feel like the low reviews posted here are unfair, and Im glad I didnt let them dissuade me.
