I was in an accident and had my car towed into the shop because it was not able to be driven. The damage was pretty severe and I was paying out of pocket. After a long negotiation with one of the agents (over two weeks) we settled on fixing the car with used parts at a price of $8,000. He said it would take about a month to fix. After over a month I called in to check on the status and I was informed the agent I was working with had quit and my car had not been started yet. I was assigned a new agent named Rusty and he was horrible and rude. He told me the first estimate was not valid because the employee no longer worked there and gave me a new quote of $13,200. I then tried to negotiate with him over the price for the next few weeks but no luck. I decided to go to a different body shop who gave me an estimate of $6,000. Rusty then told me I had to pay $1,500 in storage fees in order to get my car off the lot. I ended up having to pay and got my car out of there. It was a complete rip off. Not to mention my car got many new scratches on the lot while I was paying $25 dollars a day for storage. Rusty said If I made them take responsibility for the scratches he would have to charge me for the take down of the car and the estimate. I was completely scammed and taken advantage of.

Unfortunately, I had an a bad experience with this company. Progressive recommended them and what a terrible mistake I made . My suv was not fixed right . I got it back , my headlights were not aligned, my steering pulls to the right , my tire was not replace , my hood was not aligned and my fog lights are not working anymore. When I asked why theyre not fixed , they responded saying the fog light switch was not part of the accident . What a joke, of course it was. I know this because they were working the night it happened . They gave me back my vehicle in a unsafe condition. Surprised they havent been sued yet. I Wish I took my vehicle somewhere else. Im assuming these guys are pushing out too much volume to do these jobs right and dont care about their work quality . Progressive and Clearwater collision have been nothing but a headache. Definitely do your research before using these companies. I decided to pay out of pocket and bring it to another shop to finish their work. Ill have my lawyer send them the bill .

I took my Honda Civic to the Drew St Clearwater Collision Center just before closing on Saturday. I read two reviews and couldn’t believe their experience. I explained my problem (fender was hanging very low). They obliged me by doing a temporary fix so that I could use the car over the weekend. I took my car in on Tuesday. We discussed what needed to be done and the estimate was quite reasonable. They did an excellent job of repair, and fixed a small problem that I had with the trim. They were friendly, and listened respectfully to what I had to say. They did the repairs in a timely efficient manner. I am thoroughly pleased with their service (as I was several years ago). I appreciate their consideration would happily recommend them to all.

We took our Truck in to get it fixed.. After a long wait of getting it fixed we come in to finally pick it up. We were excited until we discovered NEW DAMAGE to the truck that was not there previously or from the accident. So they say they will fix it and we leave it for another night. We come back the next day and there are NEW DENTS & SCRATCHES. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want more damage done to your vehicle then what you brought it in for....

In a short version of a YEAR in REWORK!! DO NOT USE!! My vehicle has been to this company well over 8 times over a year for damage not done in my accident!!! This includes over 2 months of time without my vehicle. I highly recommend anyone over them. Employee Negligence is the name of the game. Managers and employees want the money but dont want to do the work. Go somewhere else!

It must be you Nick. I found the employees plesant and the managment very helpfull. They took care of the work to be done in a timely and profetsonal manner. Even took care of a couple things not on the estimate. WONDERFULL place.

I got 1K estimate for the repair cost me only $20, suggesting replacement of front bumper and covers, while all I neenes was one screw.
