So when i bought my car from the dealership the previous owners had a bike rack tjat went on the back of the trunk which made 2 super small dent on the top of the trunk...well i had a guy hit the lower part of the trunk with his wench on the bumper of his truck.. This creased the trunk all together, however instead of replacing the trunk with a used one and painting it for a fraction of the cost they decided to put bondo on the old trunk and only fixed the part of the trunk the the guy hit and left the top deck of the trunk looking like crap because i have newer paint on the bottom of trunk and the top is still dented from the bike rack, i know they didnt dent the top of my trunk but if id known that they were gonna do that id went and pulled a perfectly used trunk from the junk yard for $ 100 and had it painted for $230 and had the whole trunk fixed 4 half of what they spent on labor and bondo and paint! Now i know!

Im very pleased with the great service that I received from day one! Chuck, the Repair Consultant, was very attentive. Carlita, the receptionist, was very friendly and I got a report 3xs a day explaining the progress, and that is a 1st for me from anybody that I have gone to. They were fixing my wifes brand new Mazda X5 which hardly had 1,000 miles on it. And they did an unbelieveable job, to match the color of the car, which was metallic red, and that takes a lot of process to get the color right, but they had it ready in three days like they promised! My wife and I are very happy with the outcome. I would strongly recommend them because they are the BEST!

Took care of my car after being hit by another driver running a stop sign. Fortunately, no one was hurt, but the damage was significant. AutoNation Collision Center repaired my Prius for the second time, the first being over three years earlier when it was practically brand new and was rear-ended. Both times, they did excellent work on my vehicle, communicating with me, and coordinating with my insurance company. In this second instance, there was also a follow-up issue after the initial body work was done. They took care of that promptly and professionally as well.

I can not begin to fully express how please I am with their service and work. From beginning to end they made the entire experience very pleasant. Carletta & Brian both were very informative and kept me up to date with progress on my repairs, they even went the extra mile to fill in/buff out all the rock paint chips on my hood.. the damage to my car was on the passenger wheel well, how kind is that of them?
