I would have rated Carstar "0" stars if that were an option. Let me just say that the manager doesnt value its customers, because if they did they would ensure that a car that goes in for a paint job wouldnt leave there unless the work done was quality. My paint wasnt even completely dry/cured before they were wanting me to pick my car up. When I informed them of issues I found, the manager became defensive and did not want to correct obvious workmanship on their part. This place is more about turning as many cars out as possible despite and at the expense of the quality. And yes I attempted to go through their corporate about the issues, John Burns was not helpful at all. BE AWARE GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Horribly quality of service. My car went here after a front end collision. Not even 7 months later, the paint is peeling everywhere on the front end! I would never take my car or suggest or recommend anyone else take their car here. They do not care about the quality of work they are producing only the money they are collecting.
