I have lived in this area for 30 years and this auto body repair shop has been around as long as I have. Over the years I have had occasionally needed repairs and I have always had a great experience at James CARSTAR. They deliver the car when they say they will, beautifully detailed and keep you informed along the way. The repairs are perfect. Now you can see your repairs online and they can even text message or email photos of your repair right to your phone. I would highly recommend James CARSTAR!

This is the absolute WORST repair shop ever. My car was here 5 times after an accident and it was never correctly repaired. My insurance company finally sent me to another repair shop and that shop had to redo almost every bit of work that was done here. They also uncovered some very shady "cover ups" that were done. If you value the safety of your car, pick somewhere else!

Interesting that my previous review has been deleted.This facility ruined my paint job. Its pretty bad when you go in to have an issue corrected that Carstar caused to begin with, and come out with more problems than you initially had.BE AWARE of this facility, look elsewhere for another place to have you car repaired/painted.
