Jim at Pinellas Auto Body really jerked me around. I got into an accident and the at-fault drivers insurance was covering everything. I explained to the insurance company that my biggest concern is the tiny shards of glass that were stuck in my legs and hands from my driver side window exploding in the collision. The insurance company said they would cover all of the replacements and repairs 100%. My car was in the shop for repairs for over a month. I spoke with Jim 3 times about the glass, and he assured me that there would not be any glass once he was done with it. When I went to go pick up the car, there was glass all o et the carpet, the seats and even in the turn signal handle. I told him "I have a friend with Safelite and he said that the glass from a side window is almost impossible to completely remove from the carpeting." He actually mumbled under his breath "well we do it all the time." He assured me that vacuuming the car out twice was sufficient. So I showed him all of the glass in the car, and he was speechless. Probably embarrassed at what a horrible job they did vacuuming out the glass. He finally, after bugging him about it for over a month, agreed to replace the carpet and seat covers. I got the car back 4 days ago. He said everything was replaced. The seat covers were most definitely the same old covers Ive always had and Im still finding glass.

Pinellas Auto Body did not fix all problems which occurred as a result of the auto accident. The 2001 Ford Taurus which was brought in as a result of an auto accident had only the cosmetic damage repaired. I informed the person at the desk that the engine light turned on after the accident but they insist it is a coincidence and not as a result of the accident. It is not a coincidence. There is further damage to the inside of this vehicles engine which this auto body shop refuses to fix and I will make as many public reviews as I can to warn consumers before they trust this company with any repairs due to an auto accident. I feel that I was taken advantage of because I am a female, I had a child in my arms, and I was late for work when I went to collect the vehicle which was only half repaired. Pinellas Auto Body refuses to consider that the impact of the accident caused further damage to the engine even though I have since been informed by another mechanic that it was most likely the impact of the accident which caused the additional damage to the engine.

Several weeks ago I was involved in a hit and run. Luckily no injuries, but the rear end of my vehicle suffered extensive damage. I couldnt have been more impressed with my interactions with Pinellas Auto Body, specifically Matt (Body Shop Manager) and Owner, Mark. I brought the car in on a Tuesday and was pleasantly surprised to get it back on Friday of the same week! Matt knew I was incurring charges for a rental car, so they did their best to make sure I didnt go into the weekend with the rental. Speaking of the rental car, Matt arranged for the rental car agency to pick me up and get me in a car, and when it was time to return the car, I just handed Matt the key and drove off in my car. Very seamless and convenient. The shop lobby is clean and the walls are decorated with various Awards, Plaques, and other items of recognition that Pinellas Auto Body has earned for 30+ years. Great experience and great people at Pinellas Auto Body. Thank you!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I was rear-ended at a red light and the insurance told me to go here. NEVER AGAIN! After 2 weeks they only fixed the bumper and the trunk. Never mind the muffler and other things were bent and broken under the car. I had to pick up the car right as they were closing and when I called the next day to ask them why they played dumb and tried to weasel out of fixing it! They had even put new mounting brackets on the muffler, so clearly they knew that something had happened to it. How they could have missed the roaring sound every time the accelerator was stepped on is beyond me! I would never go here again and tell everyone I know how shoddy their ethics are. They will only fix the things obvious and hope that youe ignorant enough of cars not to ask questions!

My insurance company recommended this autobody shop after my Land Rover was hit and needed a lot of repairs. I had a terrible experience with another local autobody company several years back who kept my car for weeks and weeks past their expected complete date so I was extremely nervous about how long it would take to repair the car with such severe damage. They gave me an estimated complete date and graciously took my calls during the process and kept me updated. They completed the job a full week before their projected date and the car came back in perfect condition as if nothing had ever happened to it. These guys are total professionals and I would highly recommend them.

Paid full.price for used parts and my car still wasnt fixed. They took my trunk button off broke it so it had to be glued and they glued my button shut when I had to take my car back in because it was still making noise and asked them to fix my button they said we will check to see if we did it ..yes you did it, i took it back in (should have asked the gentleman who did it) and was never fixed. So I paid over 800 dollars for a glued trunk button and my car still sounds like crap . Do not go here they put used parts that dont last but a few days and charge you full price .. BTW who puts used break pads just one pad mind you on someones car for 79 dollars lmao ..

I would recommend Pinellas Auto Body. Everyone was very professional and the lobby was clean and didnt smell like most do. My repairs were completed on my Jeep which I assumed could not be repaired due to the extensive damage. They kept me updated as to what was going on and when parts would be in. When I picked up my car Jeff answered all my questions and explained the repairs to me one by one. The best part was, they had detailed my car in and out and gave it back to me looking brand new. Pinellas Auto Body Employees care about their customers and their business. I will come back to them every time.

After someone hit my new car the insurance company gave me the number of Pinellas Autobody and Service. From the moment I walked in the door I felt at ease knowing they would handle everything for me. They even arranged for the rental car company to come pick me up. The car was finished when they said it would be and they always kept me up to date with text messages. I hope I never need their services again, but if anyone else does I will definitely refer them to everyone! Thank you!

Impeccable work. When we picked up our vehicle, it looked like we had just driven it off of the dealership lot. Matt is very helpful and communicative. And I have to give a shout-out to their tow truck driver- forever grateful to have you there during one of the most stressful of situations. When I took the car to the dealership for a routine oil change, the technician was impressed with the quality of workmanship on the paint job- thats how good they are at restoration.
