Tried to call and peacefully resolve a vehicle that was towed without legal authorization (I am an owner of the private property). I was STUNNED at how blatantly nasty the phone operator "Lee" became, after I went into the conversation very calm and polite. I explained the events and gave proper reasoning that the tow was unauthorized and even offered to pay a reasonable fee to cover towing expenses. Lee started her rant with "I dont mean to sound blunt/rude, but..." and ended with "$500 is the best Ill do, take it or leave it." before hanging up. As a business owner, Ive never come across someone so vulgar and nasty. Keep in mind bad attitudes on the towing end are an equal part of the auto body end of this place...

I walked in the door to a smiling young woman. I will admit that I was really upset when I had to go there to pick up my towed car ... however I felt at home when I walked through the doors. I saw garlic on the door frame and I laughed thought it was a nice touch. They are great people tried to play a trick and pay my bill with all pennys and they laughed. Even got to know there dog if I recall her name is Roxanna..... Cute little guard dog they got. Thing is about 200 pounds could take down a man ... any ways I must say if i ever get my car towed again I hope its from them !

Unfortunately, the comments about towing there cars; well let me explain. This company provides a service for establishment that have limited parking. If you were a restaurant, motel, gift store and have limited parking and a non patron parks there and goes to the beach or other businesses, you will not have enough parking spots for your potential customers. So because you get towed, the company is to blame!!! Well look in the mirror and take a long look. Your decision to park there was the first mistake! Not the company that did their job.

My car was removed from the parking of MY RESIDENCE by this company. It had the decal identifying me as a RESIDENT. I called and the phone operator "Lee" asked me if it had the decal, she walked to my car and noticed IT HAD THE DECAL! I gently ask her to bring me back my vehicle to which she replied " we dont return cars, you can come and get it at no cost to you " , I asked her once again to bring me back my car since it was their error and she told me to get a cab and proceed to hang up. I would never recommend recommend this company.

I was towed this morning from my residence to my mechanics shop. The driver was on time and courteous and just a pleasure to deal with. He charged me $65 cash which was the agreed amount and gave me a receipt. I had difficulty getting out of the truck and Jeff picked me right up and helped me out. I would rate these guys 5 stars PLUS! :)

I absolutely hated this place and everything about it. There want not single person that wasnt arrogant, ignorant and total scum. They were over priced and did a terrible job on my car. The things that they broke they didnt even have the decency to fix or to correct their own mistakes. I regret ever going here. What a shear nightmare.

They stink. Went to office on Saturday made plans with lady at office to tow my truck on Monday she said they will call when they r on there way. Today is Tuesday still waiting. No call to tell me they werent coming. Waited all day monday. If they run there company like that dont know how they stay open. Probably by burning people

I brought my car there just to get a fender replaced, factory color paint. They told me it would only be a couple days but it ended up taking a week. every time I called to ask about the status the owner had an attitude like he was doing me a favor and I should be grateful. Needless to say I will not be returning to this place.

Super people. Very caring. Took time with me to explain all. Employees were great too. As a female, I felt very comfortable and informed. Another lady came in while I was there. They talked about ways to minimize the cost of her auto body repairs and explained the options.

BUYER BEWARE! They are absolutely the worst! My car is in worst shape then when i brought it in! Plus the lady that works there is at you-know-what....very bad attitude! Will never go there again...i suggest you dont either. There are better auto shops in the area..
