My daughter’s car was transferred from the Fine Line Auto Body in Lewis Center (because they said they were unable to do the repairs) to the above mentioned Fine Line Auto Body in Reynoldsburg. When the vehicle was returned, although the body work LOOKED acceptable, after driving the vehicle for a day or two all of the problems started. Problems that weren’t even there BEFORE the wrecked vehicle was taken in for repairs, but occurred AFTER they were “DONE” with the repairs. The hood would not close properly so we were always in fear that the wind would catch it and rip it off the vehicle. The air conditioning (which worked perfectly before they had the vehicle) blew out HOT air. There were rattles and clangs in the under body that weren’t there even when the vehicle was in the worst condition after the accident. After a few days of driving the vehicle the inside indicator lights started lighting up and the operation of the vehicle was so bad that it would not be drivable AT ALL within a few more hours. The vehicle had to be taken back in to have repairs done to the DAMAGE done by Fine Line on Brice Road. The vehicle is still being repaired as they are tasked with trying to repair all of the damage that the REYNOLDSBURG location did to the vehicle. Additionally… FINE LINE AUTO BODY in REYNOLDSBURG has a “less than honest” person in their employ. Let me explain. Since the vehicle still has a loan balance, my insurance company issued a two-party check for the repairs. The adjuster left the check at Fine Line in Reynoldsburg to hold until the vehicle was completed. Not only was their repair work TERRIBLE, in that the operation of the vehicle was unsafe after they did the work on it, but they did not wait for me to come in to endorse the check over to them. Their employee FORGED MY NAME on the check and deposited it to their business account. I dont know if the forgery was done BEFORE any of the work was completed. It very well COULD have been, and that is why Fine Line Auto Body in Reynoldsburg felt they didn’t have to properly repair the vehicle because they already had the money in their account. DO NOT TRUST FINE LINE AUTO BODY IN REYNOLDSBURG TO PERFORM REPAIRS ON YOUR VEHICLE. AND INSURANCE COMPANIES…. NEVER allow insurance checks to be left with them. Tell your insurer to send settlement checks to YOU to be given to the repair shop ONLY AFTER THE REPAIRS ARE COMPLETED SATISFACTORILY. Do yourself a favor… DO NOT TRUST FINE LINE AUTO BODY ON BRICE ROAD IN REYNOLDSBURG, OHIO with your vehicle repair work or the insurance checks that pay for the repairs. I wont even give them ONE star for a rating.

This place runs on dishonesty and took total advantage of me after my car accident. My car was taken into a tow lot after it was t boned by another car. The car was still drivable, but the drivers side door was completely crushed in. I was going to drive the car myself to a body shop less than 0.5 miles away to get an estimate. However, the man working at the tow lot said he would call his boss and he would get it towed for me for free. So the mans boss personally comes down to see my car rolling up in a fancy Escalade. After talking with him, I was pressured into getting my car towed to Fine Line after the owner assured me that the cost to fix my car would be no more than $3,000 (which was my max budget) and assured me that the towing costs would be absolutely FREE. Even when I asked about other charges he assured me there werent going to be any and they would take care of me. When my car was towed to their shop, the estimate was doubled to $6,000. The car was obviously worth less than the cost of repairs so I decided to take my car to the dealership down the road to get it traded in while they were still accepting clunkers. The man with the Escalade said alright and hit me with a $600 towing and storage fee which he said would be absolutely free. The charges were so unnecessary. I was going to drive my car myself to a body shop but was pressured into using their services while I was distraught over the accident. Absolutely horrible.

Took my car in for repair as a returning customer. I was a little hesitant after the guy my family has been dealing with was no longer there. After 2 1/2 weeks of being at the shop, I go in to get my keys and they cant find them. Finally they find them, I go to my car and my doors(4) are unlocked. I noticed that things were pulled out of my middle consult and thrown on my passager seat! Weird so I look and EVERYTHING is gone, look in the back seat looks as if someone had been standing in my seats. I pop the truck and items are missing my work nursing bag etc. So of course Im pissed! I go in get the supervisor Chris, he starts to apologize and states he will replace EVERYTHING thats missing. He reviewed the cameras and see someone walking past and stops at my car and just opens my doors. Humm mm so you didnt lock my doors obviously! But the kicker is the receptionist was EXTREMELY rude and nasty to my husband. She starts to argue with him about they are not responsible for any missing items? Then points to the signs on the property? Really???? Think twice about leaving your vehicle on there lot.

Not recommended, car took over two weeks, they called and said it was ready. They missed some damage, new hood was misaligned and under hood was filthy. They apologized and said give them a couple days....next day at 9:00 am the very rude Hispanic lady calls and said its done, I thought no way. We arrived around 4;00 PM and the car was STILL being painted and nothing else was done at ALL!!! The very rude woman that answers the phone said we would need to return the rental car to Enterprise ASAP as they were informed our car was repaired. Totally unprofessional!! Well the next day we get a call and again the car is supposed to be ready. (almost 3 weeks later) We arrive to pick it up and it is ready, barely satisfactory. I feel they do poor quality work myself, but I am kind of picky. In conclusion I wouldnt take a car here again.........yeah they may save you money on deductible, but Id rather pay full price for a quality work on my vehicle.

they stole the guys 400 dollar navigation system please tell me that is enough to not even consider this barbaric establishment they could be the greatest painters and autoshop in the world but if they are thieves, they are below any type of trust. yes, you have to know what honor, justice, fairness, bullies and thieves are to understand let me explain, ive dealt with too many, dishonorable bullying thieves in my life. i believe its time to weed out the wrong and praise the right way of behaving im looking for an auto paint job of great quality. i read that they are thieves and their manager is part of the problem so i know not to go there. spock would be proud, using logic in this way. science !

Their work is GREAT, however you cant trust them. My car has a built in navigation system that can be removed, but is meant to stay in the car. It also folds down so you cant see it. I didnt think to take it out, since its part of the car (kind of like a spare tire. You CAN take it out, but you usually dont unless you have to). It came back and the nav system was missing! They refused to do anything about it, insinuating that I was lying and their guys were paid well enough so they didnt need to steal anything. Now Im out $400+ because theyre thieves!! They also refused to let me speak to the owner the multiple times I called. The manager is rude and incompetent.
