Not knowing what to expect, I scheduled a time for an estimate and headed down to the shop. I was greeted by a warm smiley face by the girl up front, and a firm hand shake by Hector, the owner. He said would take care of the claim with State Farm, the insurance company of the person that hit my vehicle. The girl up front also called the car rental company, so they would come pick me up. I have a Jeep Cherokee 1996 Country and was hit on the driver side. My car had never been painted and I asked Hector for an estimate if I should decide to paint the whole car. State Farm Insurance would only cover off course were my car was hit. I thought the paint would look pretty on that side and the rest of the car dull and sun-faded. The estimate was fast & painless, I left my car and they started the repairs. When I went to pick up my car I was elated!!! They did an absolutely fantastic job...my Jeep looked brand spankin new!!! And they went above and beyond. I am definitely a happy customer and would recommend this shop to anyone looking for repairs. They do awesome body work and paint. I will be a long time customer for sure...They are also Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists. My wheels look brand new. My brother was first owner of my Jeep, he purchased it brand new. When he saw it finished, he said it looked exactly like when he saw it for the first time in CarShowroom. Then, a week later I took my mothers 1997 Lexus, a rear-end collision. They did a professional job on repairing the damage.

I honestly went to Prestige because they had such good reviews and I was not disappointed! Both owners were very attentive and respectful. They did a great job in fixing up my vehicle, it looked brand new and I would trust them again if I ever needed work done. Totally recommend them!!! They work very hard and are a family operated business that totally deserves recognition. I went to another body shop that was recommended by Geico to get the insurance appraisal, and I could just tell I would be just another number, and they wouldnt have taken the care that I wanted on my vehicle. If you are deciding whether to go to a dealer or to Prestige, choose Prestige. They take the time to go over and explain everything that needs to be done, and will work hard with the insurance to make sure the proper parts will be installed. Plus they are right across the street from enterprise which is not only convenient but helpful as they have a good relationship with them. Being a woman who has dealt with a lot of car troubles on my own, and purchased a car by myself, Ive dealt with a lot of greasy men that have tried to pressure me and mansplain. The owners were nothing but respectful and did not pressure me at all to use them. I really appreciate that. Hector also provided some great advice on how to maneuver the insurance process. As a new mom, I rarely have the time to Yelp anymore, however, I felt that Prestige Auto Body deserved my "Yelping". After searching online for local body shops around the (33176) zip code, I came across Prestige and decided to contact them for some accessory work on my vehicle. The receptionist, Carmen, was a doll; she was beyond pleasant over the phone, and told me her son, Hector, would contact me before days end regarding a quote. Hector contacted me almost immediately after I spoke with his mother. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Although he had a lot of work, he told me to bring my vehicle in the following day. My husband dropped my car off in the morning, and by 1:00 pm. we received a call that it was ready to be picked up. From the moment I contacted Prestige Auto Body to the moment I picked up my vehicle, the service was second to none. I truly appreciate their kindness, honesty, and above all, their professionalism! Thank you for taking such great care of my car. Hopefully we wont need any bodywork done to our vehicles, but if we do, we will be sure to contact Prestige!

Over a Year ago our 2010 Chevy Malibu needed body repair including engine replacement. The car was evaluated by Prestige Auto who dealt with the insurance co. The service was super fast and the car looked and felt like new. It was a good experience. Here we go again...but this time with a rare catastrophic engine/alternator problem. We were expecting horrible news and out of pocket expenses thru the roof. We had the Malibu towed to Prestige Auto for damage assessment. Hector called the next day to let us know that the engine warranty was extended due to nature of the damage and I would bet his negotiation skills had a lot to do with it. He went out of the way and got us another engine at no charges. Wow! Totally unexpected! People out there should know that "Prestige Auto Body" has great mechanics and rare honest management that will protect you. Citizens of Kendall, Perrine, The Falls and Palmetto Bay should take notice and pay a visit. You are the best Hector! Alex and Marie

The people at Prestige are the best they took great care of me. I first went to two other shops for estimates and then went to prestige. Out of the three shops Prestige was the only one who took their time to give me a through estimate. Hector took his time to explain everything that needs to be done to my vehicle and he also did his best to save me money, which the other two shops had no interest in doing. Not only did Hector give me a lower price than the other two shops but when I got my car back he exceeded my expectations, they did a flawless job repairing the damage on my car and the paint looks amazing. It is a family run organization and his mother is very sweet and will take her time to help you in any way that she can. I definitely recommend Prestige to anyone who is in need of body or paint work done on their vehicle, you will notice the difference in the quality of their work and in their customer service. My experience was the best customer service and job well done Ive ever had anywhere. They look out for the best possible solution thats most cost effective for people like me who are paying out of pocket. They inspect the vehicle, give you an estimate and possible outcomes as far as what might be behind the wreckage. They repaired my vehicle at least 2 weeks before I thought it would be ready and when I arrived to pick up my ride I was shocked at how much better my car was even before my wreck. The paint matched perfectly it was just beautiful and the cost was less than the estimate they gave me. I recommend Prestige auto to anybody who needs superb quality customer service and work needed on their car. SIMPLY THE BEST IN FLORIDA! My wifes car developed a rain and wind leak seemingly at the top of the front passenger window. Prestige was very highly recommended by the auto mechanic I use. When I took the car to them, the gentleman that greeted me showed me the problem almost immediately. A ding in the front fender caused the door to shift the smallest possible bit but enough to effect the door closing and sealing. Using just his body and arms, he was actually able to adjust/re-position the top of the door frame. He did this twice and after the second time, he squirted a water hose at full volume directly all around the door and window frame and nothing leaked in the car. On the ride home, I confirmed the wind sounds repair. Repairs took about 20 minutes and he charged me nothing at all. He wouldnt even accept a "tip" for what he did. If you ever need a body shop, try this company. Well worth it.
