Careless Wormanship..Issues on Vehicle that were not there when I brought it in for collision work..2 large and deep scratches on passenger door...black grease on truck headliner..Scratches on rear bumper plastic..Mars on toneau cover..had to reinstall toneau cover myself..leaked terrible..not lined up properly..Visible dirt in paintwork they preformed..the interior was Filthy..the Cargo are was Filthy... I have a rug on the floor..the whole pickup truck bed inside covered in dust..Wrong wheel weight installed on new wheel..a lead weight havent seen one of these in 10 years..didnt even fit the contour of the chrome wheel..Firs attempt to pick truck up the installed new running board on driver side was different than passenger side..with Many Many other issues..it took a few attempts to pick up truck....it is far from the way I brought it in there..Tom the Manager should be working in a Meat Store as a Butcher..they may have state of art equipment..but they need people that know how to use it..

Where to even start!! My family and I have been using Moran Chevy as our dealer since as far back as I can remember. They have been EXCEPTIONAL! Absolutely piss poor work. Had my less then one year old truck here for minor repair. Upon delivery I found over spray on bumper and sanding marks still in panel, had them fix it and they took care of it. A few months later paint begins to flake off in sheets right where repair was done and had them repaint it. I was rotating tires recently and noticed they did not install half the screws to hold the fender flare on. Clear coat also appears to be blotchy. I could have done better work in my garage and have. I just felt better if a "pro" were to do it on my new $45k truck at the time little did i know i paid some hacks.

I dropped my carbon Fiber Roof off at the body shop on Monday to be painted. I dealt with Tom in the Body shop and he was friendly, courteous, and helpful He had the painter come out and look at my car, which was blade silver and that color can be hard to match....he said he could do it. I was quoted a price and told the top would be ready Friday. To my pleasant surprise, I was called by Tom this morning and the roof was ready a day earlier than promised and the price was actually considerably less than I had been quoted :-) And best of all, as promised, the color and quality of the job was perfect.

CD player in my brand new car still skips randomly.............. paint comes off in car washes.. Bluetooth crackles with my brand new phone! car doesnt drive like a compact car made my Audi or Volkswagen... Its a piece of junk. I HATE THIS OVER PRICED JUNK GO CART/sonic! Im scared to drive it on the expressway it handles so bad! Already complained to a couple chevy dealers and gm directly and no ones cares! . NEVER BUYING ANOTHER CHEVY EVER.

WARNING !!! STAY CLEAR First, I came here for the online special for a free loaner, auto detail and a free oil change with any work. They didnt even clean their own mess and oil change light came on as soon as I got in my car. Second, A simple fender bender that was to take at most according to Tom { the manager } week / 10 business days turned out to be 28 working days for me. What a joke.

Amazing work done on my 2011 Chevrolet Malibu. Staff was courteous and answered any questions or concerns I had with a friendly attitude. I was given updates on the status of my repair anytime I called and never had the feeling I was inconveniencing them. I would highly recommended them to any family or friends.

Great work on my new 2017 Acadia. Was hit by a 1988 Town car on the passenger side two weeks after picking it up. I was worried the car would not be the same ever again but when I got it back last week you couldnt tell a thing. Thanks Tom for outstanding service.
