While I am not an automotive expert, I will give them 2 stars because my car does appear to be running just fine after my accident. I was side-swiped which left my passenger back wheel area damaged. It was not drivable, but really didn’t look all that bad. However, it took this place 4.5 weeks to fix it. Their original estimate was 11-12 days. This was my first accident so I really didn’t know what to expect, but I can’t tell you how many times I heard my friends and family say “You still don’t have your car back?!” I was beyond upset as I was paying for a rental out of pocket, so they did give me a loaner car for the last week. Looking at my emails, it was 2 weeks from the time they told me my car was ready for the paint department to when they actually painted it. I am also a person who believes good customer service is what keeps a place in business, so I was disappointed every time they emailed instead of calling me to give me an update. It felt like they were trying to avoid me because they knew I would be upset. While they tried to make up for it with the loaner car and comping the $26 I owed, I won’t be using their services again. I was also called day and night, on my cell and at work for a week by an affiliate company who wanted me to take a survey. Auto body said i would be asked to take a survey, but i figured it would be mailed to me. The caller ID just said "LaJolla, Ca" so I didnt know who the heck was calling.

Worst service ever not only from the lady helping me but the manager Randy. Insurance claim to fix my truck and looks like they did bare minimum.. suppose to polish pipe not done also if you replaced the bumper you would have seen the damage to rear end!! Rude and tell you what you want to hear and do opposite 7-17-2017 Fast forward to today took pictures of the people from the body shop under my truck!! With Allstate insurance agent ... wasnt suppose to be till ten was surprised that I pulled in early they took off to the shop before I could get out Allstate was advised not to let the body shop around or touch my truck ... took pic to another body shop and they also state work wasnt complete on my truck They dont even deserve one star

Nobody gets excited about having to utilize a car repair business. Its not usually a pleasant or quick experience by any means. Our experience was both! Auto Body Collision & Glass was awesome! The took our call immediately, called with updates often, and finished the pretty extensive repairs much faster than expected! I felt confident in their services and their repairs. With this being my first wreck ever, I was nervous about this experience. But Melissa at Auto Body Collision & Glass took excellent care of our vehicle! I would highly recommend their services to anyone and if ever needed, I would definitely utilize their services again. Thank you!

It was a low effort experience, my repairs were done correctly and in a timely manner. I am completely satisfied with my experience. Car came back cleaner than I left it. I am a very happy and satisfied customer. Would recommend them to everyone.
