TOP Quality Services, 5 STARS ALL THE WAY! The crew at this body shop is incredibly amazing!!! I cant explain how grateful I am to have come accoss these guys... Hands down for their services in every way and form! Excellent job in the repairs of my car and I can say "STATE-OF-THE-ART" customer service!! Yes, thats right... State of the art! Just a way of expressing myself of how TRULY IMPECCABLE I believe their customer service is! I mean to say that here you will find the highest level of services you could ever get! Both Ilan and Ray were amazing to pick me up and say "dont worry, we will take care of everything for you"... And they did!! Not going to lie that I wasnt expecting that much, and thats why I am here to say that I STRONGLY RECOMMEND MAGIC TOUCH AUTO BODY SHOP TO EVERYONE IN SOUTH FLORIDA, dont even waste your time looking elsewhere anymore, this is THE place to go!! I brought my once beautiful Mercedes convertible to Magic Touch the day after an accident that totally destroyed the passenger side of the car. I was very sad. Firstly, I was so pleased to find that there was a nice person on the other end of the phone offering me directions and assuring me that my car would be put back together again. Upon entering the office of Magic Touch I was pleased that it was clean and orderly. Then, I was met by a lovely lady named Lily-- same person with whom I had spoken on the phone. Then she introduced me to the owner, Ilan. It was very friendly and easy experience, but the best part was when I went to pick up my repaired car. It looked gorgeous -- I mean like NEW. Every detail was tended to, and then some. Ilan went BEYOND what I was hoping for. The result was so great that I didnt even use my discount that I received from Angies list. It was obvious to me that things were done for which I was not charged, so I didnt have the heart. Bring your car there without a doubt, and tell them Iris sent you!

Creating a personal business relationship with Magic Touch was a painless process. I was in my first car accident and was referred to Magic Touch, from the very moment that I walked in my expectations were quickly exceeded. Quality customer service was evident, their knowledge on the matter showed how well versed they were. The manager went above and beyond to provide kind service to ease my distress, reason being , my car was deemed undriveable, they confirmed my suspicion upon arrival. While waiting for the insurance company to cut me a check, the car was stored at Magic Touch. Ray (Manager) extended their helping hand to further amaze me. The Other services provided by Magic Touch are practical and convenient. 7 days a week someone was always able to help expedite my needs. they remained flexible and helpful while I waited to settle with the Insurance company, I would absolutely recommend this body shop to anyone with similar ailments.

After much searching for body shops in Miami, I took the chance to go with this one since all the amazing reviews. They did a great job on my 2013 BMW after a car accident that damaged the rear end of my car including bumper, headlamps, and trunk hood. I was devastated. When I saw my car after the repair, it literally looked brand new again. The owner is so nice and a car guru, he jokes around with you and everything so you dont feel so bad your car is all messed up for what ever the reason may be. Its by far the best auto body shop in Miami. I feel so lucky to have found this body shop, It was a very unfortunate situation but they made it smooth and easy for me, they even offer coffee and water. Just thankful body shops like this exist in Miami!!! I will be referring all my family and friends to Magic Touch for any auto repairs. You guys are truly the best!!! Sincere Thanks! MJ

Very professional group of people at this body shop. Had my car back in about 1 week and it came out exceptionally great. Even though another party was paying for the repairs, everyone at Magic Touch was very attentive and professional; that in itself was very refreshing since many other business out there dont afford you the same professionalism even when you personally are footing the bill. Mostly dealt with Ray Galban and he made me feel like he had my back all the way. Took the car back about 5 days after I picked up to correct something with the washer fluid reservoir and, once gain, Ray had my back. The issue was satisfactorily fixed and the car was ready in about 1 hour. Highly recommend this body shop to anyone out there looking for quality work from a team that holds itself accountable along every step of the process.

Where can i begin. My car was in an accident a few months back. I was recommended a few body shops but decided to go my own way and came across this company. BEST DECISION EVER! Other than doing a magnificent job on my vehicle, they really fought with me. Unfortunately, the insurance company responsible for the repairs were fighting me every step of the but the gentleman at Magic Touch fought with me every time. From the beginning to the very end they represented the meaning of excellence. Im very grateful to the owner and Ray for their service and care. First I want to say how satisfied I am with the body work that was done to my car. I also want to thank the magic touch staff and owner for all their hard work and great customer service. You can tell they really know what their doing and the owner was a complete gentlemen. He worked with me and did his best to give me the best experience. My insurance company Geico also approveded my car to be repaired in their body shop so that made it much easier process. If I could I would rate it a 10 star thats how good these people are. I will be returning for all my auto body repairs (hope not too often) at Magic Touch, Thank you again!

After my accident i called my insurance company (UAIC), and they gave me a list of authorized body shops near by. I called Magic Touch and the most friendliest guy named Carlos picked up the phone, and from that moment on i knew everything was going to be ok. He picked up my car, dealt with the insurance company, did an exelent job on my mercedes C class. When i came back to pick up the car i was thrilled on the job that he had done. The car looked new with not even a trace that it had been in any sort of an accident. The best part about my experience with Magic touch was the 20% discount that they off my deductible.

I was looking for an auto paint shop that would be willing to paint a bedroom set with auto paint. I like to get that high gloss look that can only be achieved with auto paint. I did a Google search and randomly called various shops. My luck changed when I called magic touch and spoke to Ray, he was willing to do it. I am very happy with the results and the excellent service Ray extended to me. This is a one of those rare business you find today, where they respect you and give you top notch service. I will be using them again for any auto and furniture related needs I have.
