Yay for the team at Genesis Cadillac, especially Dave Frazier!!! I just bought my 3rd Cadillac (2nd from Dave) from this dealership as well as several years of visits to their service department for maintenance. Always nothing but the best customer service from this group. Easy to make appointments and theyve respectful of my time. They make the whole car buying and servicing experience SO easy. I love that this dealership is family owned. That makes a difference to me, supporting my local community instead of some big corporation thats headquartered elsewhere. If youre in the market for a Cadillac and you like great customer service, get to Genesis and see Dave!

First off Ken is a awful manager and has no idea how customer service works. Make Wendy your manager and ill gladly give you guys a shot at my cars again. I had the same issue with my deville for about 9 months and i had this place work on my car like 5 different times and they just basically took my money without fixing the problem. I take it to 1 side mechanic and he fixed it in the first attempt. So pretty much your manager sucks, your mechanics suck even worse, and your front desk people are fantastic.

Outstanding in every way. I usually dont take time to fill these things out, but I was really impressed with my Cadillac service visit. Pleasant staff from service adviser Ronnie right to thru to cashier- all friendly. Great repair work and they even filled a low tire without me even asking AND washed my car for me at no extra charge! No high pressure to purchase additional service or parts. Good complimentary coffee and clean waiting lounge area, too. I highly recommend- AAA+++

Ive leased my last 8 Cadillacs from Don Gooley and will continue to do so.. I find the employees there are exceptional with a service department that is just excellent. I had occasion to deal with Marie this month and found her to be her normal friendly, helpful self who goes out of her way to make sure everything is completed in a timely, workman like manner. My 2015 Escalade is the absolute worst vehicle I have ever owned. Needless to say I have spent a lot of time in service. Wendy made that experience so much easier. How could management let her leave?? Update: 7-5-2017 I was once again in service with my vehicle today, although I do not remember her name, the woman who helped me was excellent and was very helpful. Very much appreciated.
