Gave them my vehicle at the end of January for a driver side door, a mirror, and a fender panel from someone backing up into my vehicle. Shouldve left when I walked through the dirtiest paint shop in Michigan. It took 4 seperate occasions of giving the car back due to imperfections in paint and large scratches on the vehicle from whoever worked on it. I was actually in the process of putting together a case because I was going to take it somewhere else and have it all redone then sue Galaxy. Luckily they fixed 90% of it the 4th time I got it back so I decided it was good enough. Subaru also covers 1000$ worth of damage when I turn in the vehicle so I was relieved to hear that. Heres a list of things they messed up and mostly fixed. -First time picking up the vehicle the owners daughter who looked to be in her 20s was sitting in the only customer chair at the front desk on her phone. Didnt even offer her customer a seat or acknowledge me. They even had this annoying little girl drive my car from their storage lot to their shop. Wasnt too fond of that especially given her attitude toward customers. Im sure she started my vehicle and slammed it into reverse before it was even finished turning over. Like most drivers. -1.5ft long series of scratches on my trunk when they removed a panel. -Car is visibly two tone paint where they painted. -several bubbles, drips, and a few orange peel spots found. (took 3 times for this to get fixed). -never replaced the clearly scratched/broken mirror till 4th attempt on their end. - power wires in driver door were hanging out when they tried to give it back. Pinched the wired between the panels and the door. Causing my driver window to malfunction now. -There is Black over spray on the driver side where it was painted.(have pictures) didnt notice it till a few days after the 4th time I picked it up. -The last time I picked up the car they parked it in direct sunlight making it difficult to see the passenger side of the vehicle clearly two toned. It still bothers me and people notice it right away and ask me why its two tone..... I lose a little bit of my soul everytime some asks. -They waxed my car and probably scratched it more than they did anything else. Left thick coats of wax on my car.( I have pictures of this) -painted a panel on the rear side of the car and tried to blame me or my dealership for the paint chipping. They did not blend the paint at all so my rear passenger quarter panel is darker grayish/blue then the rest of my car is silver. I call my car the Two Tone Mobile now. -They left body filler all over the inside of the replaced door. -certain spots werent clearcoated on new panels (other side of vehicle and old panel were. Just didnt look right. - They forgot to put the plugs back in a few panels on the windshield which cause an air leak, mentioned it and they didnt fix it till the 2nd or 3rd time i brought it up. -Insurance company covered a rental car till the first time I went to pick my car up from Galaxy.... I returned the rental and went to get my car that was farrrrrrr from ready. Went without a car for about 2.5 months. Im sure there is more I just waited 4 or 5 months to leave this review and its not as fresh in my memory anymore. The people were actually nice and fixed most of the issues.... No one has 3-4months to have a door and a fender panel painted. That is why they got a 1 star. I think I lost 10 years off my life from how stressed out Galaxy Collision made me.

I mistakenly left a review for this business believing it was the auto shop where I had a very disturbing interaction with an employee. It turned out the individual who aggressively came towards me in the parking lot was the owner of Precizion Auto Detailing which occupies the garage next to them. The owners of Galaxy Collision reached out to me immediately to discuss the incident once they became aware of it. After a quick investigation they called me be back to notify me that it was not one of their employees who was aggressive but the owner of the business next to them. Very pleasant people to talk with and the definition of great customer service!

Very good prices and extremely helpful. I needed to replace my bumper and get it painted. I came here for the paint job. Well I never checked the packaging from the dealership to make sure it was the right bumper, I just brought it to get painted. Come to find out it was the wrong bumper, and they went above and beyond to make sure I got the right bumper. They had already called the dealership for the proper bumper and swapped it out before I even knew about it. They could have easily told me I had to get it myself, but they did not, making the process a lot easier for me.

I took my car in because of a fender bender and not only did they fix it for less than my insurance quoted me they were friendly and fast. All I had to do was bring my car in for 30 min and I was on my way. The owner, his wife, and all of their employees were wonderful! Thank you guys!!!!

Shady, dirty, mediocre work. I would sell that blue Porsche I see out front and invest in cleaning up all the sand dust you literally see from one end of the building to the other Everywhere, over nearly every square inch of the place.

I would never recommend this shop for paint unless you are looking for a hologram. The swirls give off a 3D effect.
