My window motor went out in my explorer and I brought it there for an estimate. He told me right off the bat it was going to be about $175 and I said great the other estimate I got was $180, then he called the parts place and looked at the window and actually said to me "The price I said was wrong, it is going to be $160" the man already had me saying yes to $175 and he was very honest to give me the right price instead of just keeping it at the $175. Then the next day he had the motor and I came there at 9AM, and he got my car RIGHT IN to the shop with someone working on it. He was very friendly while I waited in the waiting room and I just hung out and watched TV for 1.5 hours. When my truck was done, we settled payment, got my receipt and I was ready to go. Unfortunately 2 days later the window motor stopped working and I called him up and he got me in the next day to look at it, saw it was just a faulty motor (which was not their fault) so they put a new motor in again with no hassle of more payment or money. He is very professional and I would absolutely bring my car there every time I needed work done to it in a shop. I would highly recommend that my friends and family use this shop as well. They did not bust my balls about anything that the car needed, or deals they could give me for this and that. I called about my window motor, they did my window motor professionally, honored his work guarantee, and I could not be Happier! Thank You Michael!

KLAUS AUTOBODY in Largo couldnt have been nicer. Damaged the car on Thursday, got estimate Friday, dropped off car on Monday, and picked it up that Thursday. The price was very reasonable, the work was excellent, and when we picked it up there KLAUS folks had detailed and washed the car (inside and out) as well. Once again we had a new looking car. 3 coat Pearl White is hard to match and they nailed it. Hope never to have another accident, but if I do Im heading straight to Klaus without a doubt.

Someone ran into my bumper and mangled it.....From the very beginning Klaus told me not to worry about anything (and of course, I did) and when I would call, they always told me , that I didnt have worry they would take care of it......AND THEY DID......I have already recommended Klaus Auto Body Shop to my friends.. They did a great job.....

I took my jeep in for minor repair & they had in done in alittle over a half a day, when I went to pick it up. I was amazed...they had vacuumed & cleaned the whole inside & out. Cleaned the windows. I was so impressed...I would recommend them to anyone. They were very responsible in the price & they worked with my schedule.
