We took my son here today, and didnt have an appointment, when we walked in one of the 2 workers greeted us by saying hi, we signed in and there were 2 kids before my son, we take his coat off him and he starts to play, well then the phone rings so one of the employees comes over to answer the phone, she then looks at the sign in sheet and asks if we had an appointment, we told her that we did not, and she said well we are booked for the day? I found that funny comsidering there was 2 kids before us, and it was only 5pm, if you are actually booked maybe you should greet your potential customers as they come in or atleast let them know that they are booked as soon as they walk in! Very disappointed with how they treated us today. And we have been there prior and have had a good experience!

The worst experience ever, the person (Heather was her name) who cut my sons hair was not a nice person at all you could tell she was trying too hard, plus The hair cut itself was a very bad one, I couldve done a much better job myself, when I mentioned her to please even out one spot she got very rude and then when I told her very nicely not to cut anymore from the top she just said with a very bad attitude (that even my 6 year old noticed) so you want me to leave this uneven? Im doing what you told me to do. Nedless to I will not be going back there again ever, however the branch on sawmill is the total opposite went there before and loved it only is too far for me but next time will definitely be worth the trip.

Everyone here is great at cutting kids hair! I love the environment here! They have an awesome slide for all ages of children to play in! I also love the sensory chair they have for the kids to get calm and relax before their haircut! They really know how to work with children! I am so glad we found this place when we moved here, because haircuts were not near as fun for the kids in our hometown! This is the best place ever!

Been going to the Oak Creek at Polaris salon for a couple years now. Never had a bad experience. All the women have be polite and super patient with my toddler, especially between the age of 2-3 when he hated getting his hair cut and threw a fit. They all stayed calm and cool, and got the job done. Now he enjoys going as a 4 yr old. I recommend this location for sure.

Kara is awesome! We have been using Cookie Cutters for our sons haircuts since he was 3 (hes 8 now)! We even moved 2 hours away and still drive back to see her on Saturdays! Our son has autism and haircuts are extremely difficult. Kara has always been completely understanding, while providing a high quality haircut even with him protesting! Highly recommend her!

Kara has been cutting my sons hair at cookie cutters for 5 years now. Even though Kara travels from store to store we follow her whoever she goes. I have a hard time finding someone that can give a good cut and someone that my son loves. We have tried many barber shops and other places but I nor my son were ever happy. We love Kara and consider her family!!

Wonderful experience! Stylist was very patient with my child who is not very fond of haircuts. Great atmosphere for kids! Lots of things to keep them entertained including toys, books, TV shows, video games, and play sets. I couldnt have taken him to a better place! I would highly recommend Cookie Cutters to any of my friends or family!

I wouldnt take my kids anywhere else! They get to sit in awesome seats (osu car, firetruck, plane, or pink car) or play video games. There is an awesome slide for kids to enjoy. And they get a sucker and prize when they are done. Thank you cookie cutters and staff for being so friendly and patient with my 3 and 2 year old!

I love this place. Everyone is so patient with my child! The staff here is wonderful they really take there time to know exactly what we want and recommend the right products for my child. Took my child for his first haircut and was not pleased with the haircut! We only asked for a little trimmed around his ears & she cut more than we asked for! And what she cut was uneven after further looking at it! I give it a two star because it is very kid-friendly and I realize not every stylist is the same!

Kara is not only lovely and patient but she is a wonderful hairdresser. She took my then 5-year old son from Frodo to Hipster (as he requested) and is the only hairdresser my daughter has ever visited. My kids enjoy the TVs and video games, but I am a regular customer at Cookie Cutters because of Karas talent.

The lady was really rude. Knicked my 2 YOs neck 3 times. He flipped out crying. She got super impatient and rushed it making one side wopper-jawed. It looks horrible. This was at the Lewis Center location. Never. Going. Back.

Plenty for my son to play with as he cries through those early haircuts he doesnt like so much. The staff was nice and helpful, and they have a package with a picture and lock of hair for the first haircut which is nice.

I set up an appointment, arrived on time. Checked up was told my appointment wasnt in the book had to wait 20 minutes no big deal came back up to the counter was told I had to wait another 20. Never gping their again
