Today I wanted a haircut. It was later in the afternoon and visited the website for store hours. 6:00 it said. Plenty of time, I thought. I had been there before several times, and it takes ten minutes to cut my hair. I arrived at 5:30, the soonest I could get there, four people on-deck, and the door was locked. I waved to the person at the counter, look up but no other response. As soon as I got back home, I called, confirmed the closing time and asked why I wasn’t let in. “We were all booked up,” was the reply. “But, you work on a walk-in basis”, I asked, and they affirmed. The how can they be booked up? Every other retail business locks the doors at closing time, then finishes up with whoever is still there. Every other business, the employees want to go home just as badly. That’s how it works. If to Bo Rics closing time means something else, then change that time. I am sensitive to these things and try my best to not make their lives or day any more difficult. But sometimes it can’t be helped. But it’s they who should put the needs of a customer beyond their own. I made the trip for nothing. By itself, this incident was not a big deal. But it is representative of a growing trend in retail business and customer service. Employees appear to look upon customers as nothing more than a nuisance. They rarely volunteer any additional information even that they know you need to know. Then if you ask them more questions to follow-up or clarify, they become more and more impatient. They don’t care if a customer is lost. And it seems, neither do owners or managers. To those who do treat customers with respect and are eager to actually help, you are appreciated. Especially those who work for companies who don’t care and don’t pay hardly enough to feed yourself. Where there’s a choice I support by local business community. I cash my checks and pay the fee to my local convenience store instead of the National big banks, the one’s who took bailout money and did not pass that along to the public. I demand quality service from merchant who I do support, although my contribution is small and won’t make or break anyone. I’m not telling anyone to do anything, you have the ability to make up your own mind. I’m just saying that any establishment who treats even one person this way does not deserve support from anyone. It’s that simple.

Saw Dee based on a rating I saw on google, please do not make the same mistake. I had gone in told them I was very particular so they would know not to cut off to much, told her long layers, choppy and still able to go in a ponytail, what I had received was a shag cut with a huge separation on one side from the back. She informed me they only do cuts parted from the middle which is her first big problem with cutting my hair . She cut the layers far to short and did not compensate the hair cut to my head or style , basically gave me a botched beauty school haircut and told me she was done. Lost alot of length and had to get it cut short by another stylist. Would reccomend Arica , she did what she could and was considerate of the situation . I was forced to pay for the hack job but wl most certainly be calling corporate in the morning to see what can be done about that!

I went in thier on a snow day to get my kids haircut been going to that location for 7 years as I went to sign in the older gentlemen said were a little busy now please sent down as I did he then add geez dont these people know what we do hear. The whole situation was rude not to mention only 1 out of the three stylist were cutting hair the other was ringing up a costomer while the third sweeping up floor so i wasnt interrupting a haircut. I just left and went to fantastic Sams. Before I left thier was a lady in a wheelchair taking longer then normal getting to the stylist sweeping her area the stylist gave me a wtf look thats when I left the one cutting hair the blonde older lady with an accent didnt give any attitude feel bad she has to work with such negative people never going thier again

Amazing, i take pride in my hair as lazy as i am about it. I have probably gotten a cut from every employee, and not once have i been disappointed. 10/10 on all aspects. Will even stay open late or get you in if you make it 5min before closing and there arent prople already in a big line..

She made a rude comment to start then she cut my hair to short! Never swept hair from @ least 4hair cuts even after I explained how it bothered me watching her slip in it explaining I was in recovery from a serious slip and fall!
