Mark and Erin make you feel like a member of their community Instantly. The box is big, clean and has a fun social area with gear and clean refreshments to hang out make you not want to leave the box after each WOD. Their WOD times are very flexible and theres always a challenge to be met. WODS : hands down very well designed , coached every minute of that hour best Ive seen. The Box: everything you need and more! The coaches: Each one knows their stuff! They are dynamic , supportive and extremely resourceful! The members: a reflection of the coaches, awesome guys and girls. Thank you Mark and Erin- see you soon xo

As an athletic trainer and physical therapist assistant nothing is more important to me than proper form. At Blind Dog the coaches are very knowledgeable and hands on with all the members. They are most concerned with proper technique and form to avoid injuries. The coaching staff does an amazing job of modifying all workouts for any fitness level or any previous injury. It is a very welcoming atmosphere among members and coaches. Many members feel like Blind Dog is their second family. I highly recommend stopping in and checking out this amazing gym!

I love Blind Dog Gym. It is unlike any gym Ive been to. What makes Blind Dog different from any other gym? It is like a little community and you are treated like family. Everyone is so friendly and supportive. The coaches really focus on your needs and make sure that you are doing every exercise correctly. They push you and bring out the best in you. The atmosphere is amazing! You are working with a group of people who are dedicated to what they do and I love that because its so motivating. I cant get enough! :)

Having played 3 sports every year from 2nd grade to 12th grade, Ive been on many different sports teams. I had actually never belonged to a gym before, but know my experience at Blind Dog Gym feels much more like being apart of a team than having a membership at a gym. BDG is different people -some young, some old, some big, some small- coming together and working hard to become better people. I cant tell you how it compares to this gym or that gym, but I can tell you my life is better having joined.

Dropped in for four classes. Mark was friendly and knowledgeable. He spent time with everybody in the class offering instruction and encouragement. The people in the class were friendly. The gym has a full range of equipment to get any workout in. Will definitely return if my vacation plans bring me this way again.

Great cross fit gym! Friendly, patient coaches that help you work towards your goals, not theirs. Join it and you will feel and look better than you ever have. Just be ready for the owner to yell at you to get lower on your squat.
