They have flexible times that can fit the most busy daily schedules and fantastic workouts that keep you coming back for more! The coaching is spot on and they definitely care about their members and their total health! This is my home away from home. While the programming, coaching, and athletes are top notch the atmosphere at the gym is what makes it the most amazing place. The people you spend your time sweating with are beyond encouraging and if you dont meet a few friends on your first day I would be surprised. While crossfit can be intimidating I think if you can just bring yourself to take a deep breath, walk in the door, and give this place a fighting chance you will be more than pleasantly surprised.

Ive always been involved in sports and loved athletics, but CrossFit 184 takes it to another level. The friendly atmosphere and welcoming memebers allow for a fun, competitive, and all around solid workout. I consider these people here family. The coaches help scale up or down on workouts and whatever you need and they are always available for consultations or any questions you might have. I recommend CF184 to everyone!

The coaches are knowledgeable and willing to adjust workouts to suit individual need. The emphasis on moving better is the reason they set themselves apart from other boxes. The coaches often remind athletes that a PR is not worth an injury. This results in atheletes getting stronger and perfecting a movement and then lifting heavy. I highly recommend this box to anyone that wants to try Crossfit.

I had been doing crossfit a year and a half before starting at 184. I have to say Ive seen more progress then I couldve imagined in these past few months of joining 184! I love the atmosphere! Everyone here is here to support one another. No man is left behind during tough workouts because the ones who struggle the most have the loudest cheering section! So happy this is my crossfit home!

Such an inviting atmosphere that isnt intimidating at all. The coaches genuinely care about each member, and the programming is wonderful and can easily be customized for different skill levels. Never would I have considered working out "fun" until I joined!
