Route 33 Crossfit has truly changed my life in ways I cant even explain. The welcoming atmosphere that the staff has created is the foundation for all the other amazing things that go on inside. From shedding pounds, learning about nutrition and making life long friendships with people that you sweat out your daily troubles side by side; it is a great place that anyone looking for a challenging yet doable fitness expierence should check out.

Adam and Carrie Weigand along with the rest of the coaches do a delightful job of welcoming all individuals seeking to change their physical and mental wellbeing. I was welcomed with open arms about a year ago as I was very hesitant in joining. But now I cannot think of doing anything else but crossfit. And for those who are looking for a change in their workout regime or people passing through I would highly recommend this facility.

I joined Route 33 over 2 years ago. I had not done any type of standard/structured exercise in my life. I am challenged every day with a variety of workouts that never get old or boring. My 10 year old daughter participates in the kids program and we are both getting stronger and more fit every day. Route 33 is like our second family and the coaches there are so helpful and encouraging. Route 33 is the place to be!!

Amazing coaches and programming, numerous group class times as well as open gym available 7 days a week! There is always a coach/trainer there for you no matter what your fitness level or age! Trustworthy and knowledgeable coaches from kids-adults and an unbelievable teen program! Can not imagine myself or my family working out anywhere else!
