A stellar place to improve your fitness within a community of welcoming, happy east-siders and top-notch coaches. CRC is also very large, allowing larger classes to all have enough room to workout without getting in each others way. Class times are also convenient.

Dropped in while in town for work. Awesome people! The 6am class was full of friendly crossfitters who were eager to help me learn my way around. The programming is challenging, yet doable. Will be going back next time Im in town!
