Horrible, I will be cancelling Friday (7-14-17). It is judgemental, they tell what i can and cannot wear, first of all. And it is ridiculously over crowded. I always have to wait for a piece of equipment. So, I just stand there and look stupid for ever how long it takes for the other person to be finished. Then, when I finally got on a bike (30 mins later) I plugged in for ESPN to listen too.... Nope wasnt happening, didnt work at all. But my ass that is trying to get back into shape could have watched the cooking channel. Really? The employees could give a rats ass about you there as well. All they care about is signing suckers up. When theyre not doing that, they are playing grab ass with each other. And OWNER, dont respond back with " if you have any concerns, please go up to the front desk and speak with a manager ". Like I said the employees (guys to girls) are playing grab ass

Would not recommend to anyone. Insanely overcrowded. Hardly ever any machines available. Tanning and massage beds are never available unless you have an hour and a half to wait. Do not plan to workout if there is a "class" scheduled at that time they will make you stop and move. If you call to discuss problems and ask for help management will tell you there is nothing you can do. If you call regional management he will scream at you on the phone and basically call you a liar when you tell him about issues youve had. Oh, and when you tell him he is being disrespectful he will continue yelling and say, "how I havent called you any names!" (I didnt realize upper management only had to refrain from name calling to be considered respectful). Absolutely terrible.

The place is always crowed. Its dirty, some people walk away from the machines and never wipe them! You look at swirly smears on the windows where some of the machines are. Dont think its fair for people to reserve the tanning beds while they are exercising.some people like to come in and just tan but you have to wait forever to get to use them. I got yelled at by one of the employees because I had asked them to clean the tanning bed for me. I have heard stories of people getting rashes and diseases from laying in the tanning beds as well !! Im canceling my membership !!, but of course I will have to pay for that too!! Need to hire people that actually work !!

I STARTED IN JANUARY 2016 IWAS 180 IB I WORKED WITH THE TRAINER 5 DAYS WEEK AND I HAVE DROPPED 40 POUNDS AND I CAN DO A FULL SIT UP WHICH I COULD NEVER DO BEFORE IN MY INTIRE LIFE AND THATS WITH A FRACTURE IN MY BACK.THIS TRAINER DID A LOT OF MODIFYING WORK OUTS FOR ME UNTIL I COULD DO IT THE RIGHT WAY AND NO ONE THERE EVER MADE FUN OF ME THAT WAS THINGS I LIKED THE MOST.WITH ALL OF MY MEDICAL CONDITIONS THAT I HAVE I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER WHEN I WORK OUT

Affordable, close to home. Great value for the mobey, wish it was a bit bigger so they had more room for tread mills as they are the popular item with the new year resolution people. Got tired of going to the gym and not being able to get on a treadmill in a timely manner but would still rate it 5 stars. Staff is knowledgeable and accommodating with smiles on. Always see them wiping down equipment, vacuuming or sweeping floors. Would recommend to others

I always enjoy my time here its a wonderful facility and i have never had any unpleasant experiences. My only beef is the locker room music. Not everyone enjoys contemporary urban or pop. There are other music artists or music in general that could be selected. It is the only distracting issue I have...staff is always courteous and friendly.

The only two water fountains have been out of order for almost a month now, meanwhile theyre making a killing selling drinks. Hmmm. Cant fill up your bottle either. Wifi never works unless its not crowded. Overcrowded during prime time, more than other places. Good equipment, clean place, and nice staff though.

Great selection of machines and equipment. But I dont know what the staff actually does here. I usually just see them on their cell phones or goofing off with each other, no work being done. I truly hope they make minimum wage, because they dont deserve more then that

Very nice and helpful staff! The trainer Jessica helped me through a doable workout regimen for my style. This place always look clean in and out. Everyone takes pride in their work here. Im glad to be apart of this planet!

Enjoy coming still after over a year as member, morning staff great! Cleanliness and availability in morning good.How about adding another counter and mirror in womens locker, near purple steel pole. It is dead space there.

Clean an friendly place. plus I like that it is open all the time it helps me with my diabetes so I work on a Lot of cardiovascular exercises. Thank you an keep up the good work that you all do. I will see you soon

Great price. Always perfectly clean, very pleasant atmosphere. Great machines - I feel like Im really making progress on my muscles and overall health! Its invigorating to go there; I always feel better for having gone.

Planet Fitness in Mentor is a great place to work out. The people are friendly. The locker rooms are clean. There is plenty of equipment. Parking is easy and plentiful and the location is easy to get to.

Not very clean, there is no paper towel... You need to reuse towels that are hanging by the cleaning bottles (gross) and both water fountains were broken. The guy at the front desk was nice though.

One adaptation to the planet fitness theme was the addition of disinfectant bottles and wiping cloths on each of the weight machines. I loved it...intend to ask my home pf to do this!
