I drive an older suv thats needs repairs every once in a wile. I blew a wheel bearing near Jacobs Auto. I had never been there before but took a shot to avoid a tow. Im sure glad I did. I dropped it off unannounced about 4 in the afternoon. Befor the day was over they had found the problem and called. They did a great job explaining the issue and gave me a estimate. They were not sure if one part needed to be replaced or not. If it did it would be 75 dollars. The next day hey finished the job and came in right on budget. In conclusion I felt they were honest and treated me as a Vip. Next time my car breaks I know I will see them again. Thanks

My car had a radiator leak or so I thought. They let me know that their wasnt any leak that they could find, but it had been over filled. I could have picked the car up latter that day but because it had a few other problems I went ahead and had them fix the rest of the problems. They kept me up to date with what they were doing the whole time. In the end the problems that we discussed were fixed and the price was more than affordable for the amount of time spent. I am more than satisfied and will bring all my automotive work to them from now on.

We have been taking our cars to Jacobs Auto for years. Tom and his crew are very reliable, honest, and helpful! Tom explains what the problem is and gives you advice and various solutions to fix the problem. He has NEVER charged more than he quoted and is usually a little bit less than the quote. I highly recommend Jacobs Auto Services for any service! They are GREAT!!!!

We have 4 cars and all but the brand new one has been there and I would not go anywhere else. unless he tells me to...and he has sent me to a dealership for covered warranty work. I had required a service call through AAA for roadside assistance on 9-19 -15 for a jumpstart.Joe showed up and saved the day for me.He was very courteous and showed up in a beautiful towtruck.He hung around to make sure that my battery had a sufficient charge on it before he left.Thanks for sending him to the rescue!

Jacobs is the best place I have ever been to for auto care. They dont make a big deal about what they do, but they do everything right. Quotes are on target, service is great, they warranty thier work, and they make sure it is right. I have never had a bad time at Jacobs. I highly recommend you give them a shot.
