I just wanted to leave some positive feedback for my 1st experience with CarX. I brought both my wifes van and my car into on a Saturday to have them done at the same time. Glen did a great job explaining everything to us and gave us sound recommendations. Unfortunately, my oil change had a tiny leak due to a worn out gasket. I realized it a couple days later and asked if I could bring it back to have it corrected. Jeff (Manager) said sure no problem. I got hung up in traffic since I drive 37 miles from work and so at 5:58 pm, I called and Jeff answered. He said he remembered our conversation. Even though they closed at six oclock, both he and Mike Pittman stayed after and waited until 6:10 pm for me to get out of the traffic. They took prompt care of the leak, and sent me on my way. Its this kind of "going the extra mile" attitude that drives customer service. I know it was inconvenient for them, but they cared more about my satisfaction. As a result, they both have earned lifetime customers for both my wifes vehicles and mine. Thanks, guys!

I had exhaust work done approximately 6 months ago (which was performed well and without incident). I had brought a written estimate from a competitor to take advantage of CarXs ad that states they will refund the difference plus 10% if repair is less elsewhere. It was determined that the refund difference would be approximately $30. I physically returned to the shop this past Friday and of course they had no news for me other than telling me they had a new manager since then. Before leaving, they had promised to have the manager call me later that day. The day passe and no call. I called them on Monday October the 14th and they apologized and assured me the manager would call me later that day. The day passed and no call. I guess I will need to go to the district Manager to voice my concern, as it appears the employees at this shop do not follow through on their promises or honor their ads!

I have had several oil changes, a couple trans flushes and a few other issues handled here and they are beyond PROFESSIONAL and the prices are fair. I recently had what I thought was a loose Oil filter that was leaking but turned out to be a pin hole in the cover of the case that houses the filter... They happened to have an extra cover and replaced it free of charge and I was on my. Next I was working on my own brakes and couldnt figure out why I was having an issue bleeding the lines and brakes were still mushy feeling,. I took up to these guys and they asked a few questions and figured out the issue and told me how to fix saving me a few hundred dollars. They didnt have to do that. These guys are HONEST and you just cant say that about all shops.

When I came in there were two problems with the car. One, the check engine light came on, and also there was a grinding noise when making tight turns while braking. They told me that the grinding noise was simply due to ice getting stuck in the car, and they found that they was nothing significantly failing due to the check engine light. It could be simply due to the fact that the gas cap wasnt completely shut, and then they managed to get the check engine light off. All of this was free of charge!! They could have decided to instead rip me off, but these people are truly honest people! I can tell you that they have my loyalty!

I absolutely LOVE this CarX! Ive been coming here for years and Ive never had an issue. EVER! Im very very picky about who works on my car. I will only let Frank work on my car! If hes not there, my car wont be! The other guys there are good, but Frank is the only one I trust! I really like that he and I can have a conversation while Im there. Hes genuinely a good guy! I lived in Indiana for 6 years and I drove out to this location just for the peace of mind that my car was taken care of! As long as I drive, my car will continue to be serviced here!

I took my car in for an oil change and then I noticed a leak over the next couple of weeks. I took it back fully expecting to have to fight to get it taken care of. My experience was just the opposite, they immediately took my car in fixed the problem, apologized for any inconvenience and thanked me for doing business with them. I am a happy customer.

Frank is almost always there when I call or come in. Everytime I speak with him he is very friendly and helpful. I am definitely a repeat customer because of him. He even volunterred to stay late one time to make sure my car was finished.

Came there with all the parts in my hand to put the muffler back on my jeep, was told it would cost me 125 dollars for a 15 minute job. Outrageous prices. Can go get all new and installed for just a few bucks more.
