Oh my goodness, this place is awful. On July 18th, I came in for car maintence, but after paying for my completed services, the service advisor contacted me regarding the auto tech forgetting to install the air filter. I wasnt happy. I had to take another day to come back to Tires Plus to complete a service that I had already paid for, and thought had been done. While speaking with the Service Advisor on the phone, he actually thought that he was going to over talk me, as well as talk to me as if he paid the $202 for my car maintence. This Service Advisor offered me a free oil change for their mistake, but after I complained the Service Advisor has refused to honor the free oil change, and he was still quite angry about my complaint when I entered Tires Plus. This location needs to be investigated as it pertains to their quality of their work because eventually this location is going to have problems.

This place and the people who work here are jokes that do not know nothing I got a set of new tires not used new and I seen the thread in the tires 6mths after I got the tires tell me why when I got an alignment as well took it back and they said I needed to replace the tire who buys new tires every 6mths so then they went on saying I need this that and the other but only one tire was worn down my husband brought the car back because he heard a noise they told him it was the hubcap but today they tpld me the noisr was my ball joints a bunch of dumb guy that only know how to feed you bull back to the oil pit I go

This tireplus location doesnt honor appointments maybe due to being understaffed. I have waited over an hour for oil changes despite the job taking less than 20 minutes. The front desk rep tells me all their mechanics are busy I would have until one was free to provide service. All an appointment does is put you had ahead of walk-ins. Otherwise the staff is professional and provides good service. I never had that problem at Riverdale, the oil changes are completed in than less 30 minutes after the invoice is printed. Lithonia location is first come first serve

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE AT THIS TIRE PLUS LOCATION. MADE A 11:30 AM APPOINTMENT FOR BRAND NEW TIRES, I DIDNT LEAVE THERE UNTIL 3:30 PM. THE ENTIRE STAFF INCLUDING THE GENERAL MANAGER WAYNE CLENDENIN WAS RUDE. THE NEXT DAY I REALIZED THEY DAMAGED MY CAR WHILE CHANGING MY TIRES I BROUGHT IT TO THEIR ATTENTION ONLY TO LISTEN TO THEM DENY THEIR FAULT. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED WITH TIRE PLUS. I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THEM. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHOP.

Went in at 1145am for oil change. My car was still sitting still in parking lot at 130pm. I was told there was one person in front of me/ The entire bay was empty. No way an oil change takes that long. Will never go back there again! Went up the street got my oil changed in 30mins

I visited Tiresplus on 12/17/2015 in Lithonia and the staff and service exceeded my expectations. Great service, excellent, professional, caring and friendly staff. I will always go there and I highly recommend them . Thank You guys.

I wasted 2 hours and 15 minutes just to get an oil change. Too many employees sitting around for my taste. Its called working. You have a job therefore you should be doing it. See if I ever return.

This location are Quick and Fast when you set an appointment in the morning. I went to this location to get a oil change @8a (my appt time) and I was out of their by 830a/845a.

Told an alignment would only take 45mins so I left and came back after an hour only to see my car still parked where I left it. Horrible customer service.

Wait times are a little too long. They work to sell you beyond what required but that is not unusual for auto repair shops.
