Best automotive repair facility in the Gwinnett area. When I was having car issues, I took my Passat TDI to multiple other shops in the area, including the Volkswagen dealer, with no success. European Motor Cars were the only ones who could diagnose what was wrong with my car, and they fixed it quickly for a reasonable price. Ive brought my car back since, and every tech has been great. They also give me honest feedback on my car rather than simply "up selling" future services. When I get my car back, it is always improved, with no new problems as a result of the service. Theyre down to earth people, and will be honest and direct with you about price and timeline. Theyve gone above and beyond for me as a customer, and I highly recommend this shop.

I dont usually write reviews but all I can say about this place is WOW. Excellent customer service I really felt like they heard my concerns and looked that everything I needed to be looked at. They explained everything in detail so I didnt feel like I didnt know what they were doing. Everything seemed to be reasonably priced compared to other estimates. Im really glad I stopped in it was a wonderful experience much better than Ive experienced in the past I found a new home I will go nowhere else!!

My wife and I have had both our Volvo and BMW serviced with European Motor Cars over the past year and have been very satisfied. The professional service, both in terms of customer care and quality of the repairs done, has been excellent. Great service and management! They can do anything and everything. Call and ask to speak with JJ, he is professional and surpasses any other service shop in car knowledge and expertise. Will give you an honest price and get you back on the road fast! Very clean and up to date shop. I highly recommend this shop and will continue getting all my cars serviced here in the future!

These guys treats your car as their own I went there with break Sing on the orther people I visit wanted me to spent $1200 on these issue Jeff looked at it and was you have lot of life left on the breaks its just faulty sensor and I am still good after 2 months and almost 10000 miles will only make you spend whats needed you can trust them completely

These guys are extremely awesome and honest. I went in for a few repairs that would have cost me my first born at the dealership. I came to these guys and not only do they give fair prices, but they are more than willing to help wherever else they can. I always come with a million questions and they never mind answering them. I highly recommend.

I can honestly say that these guys really know what they are doing. they work with you as far as prices go but give the best bang for your buck and make sure that you wont need to come back for another repair for a while. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality vehicle service.

David and the other mechanics are very knowledgeable and professional. It is very difficult to find a mechanic that you feel you can trust. Luckily I have found one. They shoot you straight and the prices are much better than the dealer.
