THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! Go any other place but here unless you have four hours to wait for a battery change (like the poor schmuck who was waiting when I arrived and after I left) or waiting 3 hours even if you made an appointment (like me) to get two tires. I even went the day before to see if they had time .. was told it would be "a two hour wait" but that if I made an appointment for tomorrow it would take" about one hour". I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and told them I would wait ( having had the option to drop off) and the young man informed me ( similar to the guy yesterday) "your car will be ready latest by 2:30" ...which was 1.5 hrs . I went across the street to get lunch and do some work. I returned at 2:15 to find out my car was in the same place I parked it and they told me it would be " about another 30 -40 minutes". Needless to say, after waiting/watching for about 15 minutes they still did not bother to finish any cars in the garage....I demanded to have my keys back. OBVIOUSLY REALLY POOR MANAGEMENT AND REALLY PITIFUL SERVICE!!

Im giving my highest recommendation of exceptional service to Lee and the team at Firestone store number #023019. Recently my daughter had problems with squealing brakes and went to this location. The technicians and Lee did a thorough job of assessing and determining that we needed new brakes. They applied promotional offer and gave me a fair charge to do the work. I happen to be out of town so is reliant on them to take care of my daughter and make her car safe again. In addition to that there was great follow-up by Lee to check to make sure the work was to my satisfaction. I couldnt be more pleased with the positive attitude and helpful insights they had about making my car safe for my daughter. Thank you to Lee and your team there.

Dropped car off to have an oil change and have a sound looked at the car was making. They cal me and say the "think" its the alternator and belt and that it will be 362 to replace. Which was cool but my issue was when he said the "think" after googling a few things and even replacing the alternator myself the sound was still there no difference, google one more thing and the issue that comes from these trucks that is most common is the idler pulley, which was 15 bucks, replaced that and the noise stopped. Just feel like mechanic was trying to make a little extra money.

I will not come back to this location. I was told when I walked in that someone would help me in a second. I wasnt assisted until 20 mins later, after I asked was I going to be assisted. Very rude and unprofessional! Will not be coming back.

dropped off car at 11 am for an oil change. showed up at 6:50pm, 10 mins before closing, to find it still not done. no one was prepared to call me, and my car wouldve stayed there overnight. poor communication. poor service.

Great experience. Had a not so great one with firestone in the past but I was in a jam and this one was close. I got my car there. They looked at it, fixed it, and I paid way (emphasize way) less than expected.

This shop will not allow you to provide your own oil for your car. This is literally the only garage I have ever gone that enforces such a policy. Its ridiculous!
